Staff is great! They are making changes for the better, there is a nurse on staff during the week. They really care about the residents. The housekeeping is ok, they are working on getting better. The meals are good. Moving in was amazing!, staff was so helpful. I would recommend Mustang Creek.

My mom was previously a resident at Mustang Creek Estates Keller and overall her experience at this facility was great. The staff was exceptional, the housekeeping was pretty on point and the food always looked delicious. They were always so sweet and encouraging to my mom. Mustang Creek Estates has been very helpful with placing my friend. They have been very patient in educating me with caregiving of myself and my friend. I have much to learn about the care of an Alzheimer's patient. From the beginning of the process they have provided information that continues to improve my awareness of my friends illness. I would highly recommend Mustang Creek Estates

Great option for a private-pay family member who needs living assistance but not full nursing home care yet. Activities and home-like setting. Safe and kind staff. We picked this community, because it is an affordable, home like setting

I've had occasions to visit that facility over the years and they've always been in top notch shape and operation. I'm so happy they are there for my Mom! Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend the Mustang Creek Estates community to other families.

What we like most about the Mustang Creek Estates community is the staff. They are very attentive to our questions and needs. Very accommodating. Based on the experience so far we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

The staff is very caring. Meals are home made and quite good, 6/5. The staff station is located in the dining living area for the clients so it's very hands on. It's a safe, clean, and welcoming place.

Overall experience is good - even with my father having to have more assistance after his fall than when he first moved in. There is only problem that I see, and that is the turnover of employees - I think this is common in the Healthcare business.
