The staff is very caring. Meals are home made and quite good, 6/5. The staff station is located in the dining living area for the clients so it's very hands on. It's a safe, clean, and welcoming place.

Overall experience is good - even with my father having to have more assistance after his fall than when he first moved in. There is only problem that I see, and that is the turnover of employees - I think this is common in the Healthcare business.

I had the pleasure of visiting Mustang Creek Keller recently and was very impressed by the friendly staff that greeted me at the door. The place was so bright and clean. I could see that the residents we're happy and well cared for and enjoying their fun activity they were doing. The property that the buildings are on is beautiful and peaceful. I would highly recommend Mustang Creek Keller for your loved one.

The community is clean. Everyone is friendly, the staff is helpful. The transition was easily done.

They were always kind and loving to my husband who was also on hospice They listened when things needed to be changed Sometimes had to ask a few times but considering they all worked hard Toward the end of his life they took extra care of him like having him on the couch on the living room not just leaving him in his room Always encouraging to be out of the room With staff changes is when some communication had to be repeated . I thought Mustang Creek Estates Keller was a nice place. It just wasn't what my loved one one was looking for. It's a more social, community-oriented place, and he is more of a loner.

Mustang Creek Estates is amazing. It offered more care than my dad needed at the time, but if you or your loved one need that higher level of care this is the place to go. I cannot say enough good about them, the tour was phenomenal.

The Mustang Creek Estates community is kept clean and the staff members have been super friendly. The value for cost is worth the money when it gives our family peace of mind knowing our loved one is well taken care of and getting everything she needs.
