They had extremely nice staff there. It was just a bit too old for our liking, and the rooms were that of what you'd find in an older house.

We toured with Mustang Creek Estates in Keller. It was a nice facility, but it was much too small for what we were looking for.

I had the pleasure of visiting Mustang Creek Keller recently and was very impressed by the friendly staff that greeted me at the door. The place was so bright and clean. I could see that the residents we're happy and well cared for and enjoying their fun activity they were doing. The property that the buildings are on is beautiful and peaceful. I would highly recommend Mustang Creek Keller for your loved one.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The community is a very good. This is a smaller environment and it won't overwhelm the resident when moving in. The care is personal to the resident. The staff communication with the family has been very good when we have questions or concerns. They keep the us informed of any changes. This facility is pretty good and overall clean. They do seem to be short staffed. Housekeeping is good. I understand that memory care is harder to keep up with at times, but they do a really good job. Dad really likes the food. He doesn't participate in the activities, but they still have someone who comes by often to interact with and stimulate him. The only complaint I have is with laundry. They seem to misplace clothes often. Communication with the family is pretty good. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Cute community; however, it was too small for my loved one. The spaces and rooms were small, and I could see a lady enjoying this community more than a gentleman.

They were always kind and loving to my husband who was also on hospice They listened when things needed to be changed Sometimes had to ask a few times but considering they all worked hard Toward the end of his life they took extra care of him like having him on the couch on the living room not just leaving him in his room Always encouraging to be out of the room With staff changes is when some communication had to be repeated .
