Food is average at best. Very high turnover. Tons of miscommunication and the Keller location is poorly managed. Entire management team at that location is new. Overall sales and marketing was a 5 including incentives offered. Management of the location, food and support of my mom once she got there
Staff is great. Mom really loved everyone. Rooms are kept clean. Food always looked good. Mom loved having her own furniture and things in her room. She had a great experience there. Unfortunately, my mom passed a way [date removed]. We're so glad that we found Mustang Creek for her.

I found that all of the staff was very kind and were available if my husband needed help from getting showered to getting dressed or needing help getting outside in his wheelchair to sit on the porch for some fresh air. As his health declined and he became less and less mobile and needed much assistance, all of the people who worked in his building were kind and helpful. There wasn't anyone who embarrassed me or made him feel like he was a burden.

I added NA under quality of care because mom entered the facility under hospice care and there was not much for me to measure against the Mustang Creek staff specifically. The Mustang Creek administration shared great empathy and made the transition from rehab very easy, especially as I was needing to begin hospice care immediately on arrival. The restrictions by this facility to use a specific pharmacy and that they did not allow liquid medications made the process for my mother a bit more challenging. It was well overcome ... read more

This is the best facility for my mom and our family. Everyone is super nice and does a great job with each resident. Everyone is helpful and willing to go the extra mile. After having my mom at other facilities this is by far the best.

I loved that they had a flat rate that was inclusive of the care that was needed. They were disorganized on the communication and care regiment. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families because of the price

They could improve on staffing, lots of turnover but that's in every healthcare field these days. The staff they do have that has been there are great! Very caring and accommodating.

We like that they will cook a meal outside of official meal hours - that is very nice! I also value their unlimited visiting hours!

I would like to see them get our loved one in the shower more often, but it is difficult for her situation. However, overall it is a good value, the staff is nice and I would recommend them to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.
