This is the best facility for my mom and our family. Everyone is super nice and does a great job with each resident. Everyone is helpful and willing to go the extra mile. After having my mom at other facilities this is by far the best.

I loved that they had a flat rate that was inclusive of the care that was needed. They were disorganized on the communication and care regiment. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families because of the price

They could improve on staffing, lots of turnover but that's in every healthcare field these days. The staff they do have that has been there are great! Very caring and accommodating.

We like that they will cook a meal outside of official meal hours - that is very nice! I also value their unlimited visiting hours!

I would like to see them get our loved one in the shower more often, but it is difficult for her situation. However, overall it is a good value, the staff is nice and I would recommend them to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

What we like the most about the community is the Cost. When trying to figure out this whole process I was shocked at the price for someone that doesn't work and how they could afford this.. its crazy

My husband has an illness that has made him wheelchair dependent with great difficulty getting in and out of his wheelchair resulting in frequent falls that I was unable to care for him at home. He was not happy about leaving home to go to assisted living facility but he has said that the majority of the people who work at Mustang Creek Estates are very nice and the food is good, although he wishes for greater variety in the meals. From the enrollment process throughout his stay, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were so caring and took such good care of my dad. He had dementia and was practically deaf but the aids still did their best communicating with him and taking care of all his needs. I’m so happy he was somewhere that felt like home and I always knew he was comfortable and well taken care of.
