From the enrollment process throughout his stay, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were so caring and took such good care of my dad. He had dementia and was practically deaf but the aids still did their best communicating with him and taking care of all his needs. I’m so happy he was somewhere that felt like home and I always knew he was comfortable and well taken care of.

I would recommend Mustang Creek Estates Keller to others because of what the staff did. As my mother declined, the staff chose to keep her where she was at even though she didn't fit their criteria in mom's home. They went above and beyond in the care of my mom.

What we like the most about the Mustang Creek Estates Keller community is the staff. The staff members there are all very attentive to our questions and needs. They are very accommodating. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend them to other families.

As far as I can witness, the staff are very helpful and friendly to visitors and residents. It's great that meals are prepared in each facility and the menu's seem good. Although I have not been around when prepared. Housekeeping appears great. The facility is always clean and orderly. Communication is not so great. But that might be a condition of circumstances. I really like the way it is arranged in a home-like setting. The house staff are great especially [name removed] and [name removed] in House D. I would recommend Mustang Creek Estates Keller to others looking.

My mom was previously a resident at Mustang Creek Estates Keller and overall her experience at this facility was great. The staff was exceptional, the housekeeping was pretty on point and the food always looked delicious. They were always so sweet and encouraging to my mom. Mustang Creek Estates has been very helpful with placing my friend. They have been very patient in educating me with caregiving of myself and my friend. I have much to learn about the care of an Alzheimer's patient. From the beginning of the process they have provided information that continues to improve my awareness of my friends illness.
