The staff are nice, even if not the most outgoing. We would prefer some more proactive care when it comes to hygiene and fluid management, but when mom asks for help they normally do. We also wish they could help with diabetes care. Housekeeping has improved over time. The move in was easy. The meals are good, although they are not specialized for diet restrictions. I would recommend this facility to anyone with budget constraints.

I would recommend Mustang Creek Estates Keller to others because of what the staff did. As my mother declined, the staff chose to keep her where she was at even though she didn't fit their criteria in mom's home. They went above and beyond in the care of my mom.

What we like the most about the Mustang Creek Estates Keller community is the staff. The staff members there are all very attentive to our questions and needs. They are very accommodating. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend them to other families.

As far as I can witness, the staff are very helpful and friendly to visitors and residents. It's great that meals are prepared in each facility and the menu's seem good. Although I have not been around when prepared. Housekeeping appears great. The facility is always clean and orderly. Communication is not so great. But that might be a condition of circumstances. Staff is great! They are making changes for the better, there is a nurse on staff during the week. They really care about the residents. The housekeeping is ok, they are working on getting better. The meals are good. Moving in was amazing!, staff was so helpful. I would recommend Mustang Creek.

My mom was previously a resident at Mustang Creek Estates Keller and overall her experience at this facility was great. The staff was exceptional, the housekeeping was pretty on point and the food always looked delicious. They were always so sweet and encouraging to my mom. Mustang Creek Estates has been very helpful with placing my friend. They have been very patient in educating me with caregiving of myself and my friend. I have much to learn about the care of an Alzheimer's patient. From the beginning of the process they have provided information that continues to improve my awareness of my friends illness.
