Ovet was very responsive and easy to work with. He kept in communication and really discussed the best approach to move forward to make this something that will work for me now to help me get my debt under control and what we can do in the near future to look at getting a better rate as well once I've paid off existing debt. Really enjoyed working with him and would definitely recommend!
