It took A long time to get it finished, but STACY was right there the whole way he kept me very informed on what the next steps would be. I’ve never had better service at all then with STACY this was my third Refi and on my third home and by far, it was the best ever.

Complete information provided. Requests for documents were clear and reasonable. Extraordinarily prompt response to questions. My only suggestion would be to add a "due date" to requests for document review that need "immediate attention." I am a retired college professor who has lived with due dates for decades.
