Michael and I developed a rapport almost immediately. He is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The education I received on the nuances of loan financing (that no loan officer has ever brought to my attention) will benefit me beyond the current loan. To take the time to equip a customer with knowledge that will have a lasting impact is a demonstration of Michael's integrity and concern for the customer.
