Staff and doctors were excellent. Dr. Wang spoke with us for an hour explaining everything about our dogs anemia. Not once did we feel rushed. We came home with a typed out treatment plan giving us specific dates on when we reduce medication and when to follow up with our vet. I highly recommend NVS.

Though the outcome has sometimes not been a happy one, the folks at VSA are simply the best. From the moment you walk into the door, to the moment you leave, you are cared for. They understand that your emotions may be all over the place with concern over your pet. They do what they can to help you understand and guide you through the best course of action. It may not be the report you want to hear and it could be the worst news ever, but they are there for you and your pet. Never hesitate bringing your pet to VSA.

After a local vet kept telling us our dog had a small skin infection and prescribing repeated antibiotics we took her to this office after she collapsed one night. They weren’t sure what was wrong but decided to be cautious and run some tests. They discovered that her wbc count was super high and kept her overnight. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE CARE YOU PROVIDED FOR MY CHIHUAHUA - MISSY - MY COMPANION/SERVICE DOG!!! My 17yr old son, left his plate of chicken bones on the end table - and Missy ate them ALL - (you can just Imagine the trouble he's in!!!) We had a very positive experience with our very sick pup on a Sat night at 11pm!! So thankful for the kindness and patience of the staff! And, the thorough and professional exam and treatment. Highly recommend!

I didn't know this place was even in Nashville and I have live here all my life. Its a great place friendly staff good care of my dog. I just wish ALL vets didn't cost so much period. They all want us to take animals from Shelters but when they get sick a lot of us can't afford to care for them.

I brought my 15 week old Australian shepherd in because of digestive issues and inability to keep food down. Everyone was extremely nice and explained what the possibilities were before some tests were run and answered all of my questions. We received medication for a parasite and instructions for recovery and we were on our way. My pup is feeling much better thanks to NVS!

I cannot begin to express how completely thrilled we are with the treatment that both our dog and we have received from Dr. Vancil and his team. Not only has this team greatly improved our dogs quality of life but also helped us cope on this emotional journey. If possible would give a million stars!!!!

My sweet Beckett was admitted into ICU just a few days ago and they have been absolutely amazing! From the moment I brought him in I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders and that they were his best bet at surviving. I loved being able to see him nightly while his ICU nurse Morgan and Dr. Clark were very knowledgeable and kind hearted individuals � Beckett thanks you for everything you’ve done!
