My experience with Dr House was very good although the prognosis wasn't so good. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. She basically confirmed what I and two other vets had suspected for my 10 yr old beagle and that was a brain tumor. Her symptoms were pretty clear. The MRI was an option and the cost was explained, but I felt like whatever the outcome of that might be, my decision would be to not put her through any treatments that might only extend her life a few months. From the very beginning everything happening was carefully explained. The vet techs and the veterinarn were pleasant and explained to us everything that our dog needed done. They also followed up by phone to tell us what actions had been taken to obtain the dog's compounded medicine, and why.
They were all so extremely calming and professional during a very difficult time. I will always sing their praises and refer to them if ever the time should arise. I can’t thank them enough for all they do and all they did for us. This is an exceptional place with fantastic people that genuinely care.
NVS is amazing!! I have had to take two cats to this hospital (for different reasons) and they have always been extremely helpful, informative and compassionate. I am grateful for their 24 hour services especially. My 12 year old cat has GI Lymphoma and has had several complications over the last few days. NVS is there day or night to answer my questions and offer assistance.
I came in at 9:00 PM on Easter Sunday freaking out over my puppy’s stopped up nose. The staff was great, told me exactly what to expect, and the doctor didn’t throw meds at her just to make me feel better. Not crazy expensive for a late night emergency vet visit either.
Extremely helpful and polite staff. Helped get my pup feeling much better and even called to ask how he was doing.
They were very caring and sensitive to my babies needs and they did a great job in getting my baby back to me healthy.
