Arrived on 29 June 2018 at 02:38 am. Young lady behind counter, saw that our fur baby was in distress and ran to take her to the back for oxygen. Our Cocker named Happy received the greatest care while she was in the hospital for almost 4 days. She was suffering from Congestive Heart Failure which our Vet in Clarksville totally missed. I feel this is the most thorough Veterinary service in the state of Tennessee if not this portion of the nation. My Fur Baby was diagnosed with cancer. NVS was kind, compassionate and caring. They took steps to help and created a possible plan for treatment. I loved that they comforted me as well as my Fur Baby.

Excellent care!! Came home from work to find my 10 year old Mini Yorkie-poo in respiratory distress. Called NVS and explained symptoms and they said bring her on we will be waiting for her. Got there and received the best care. My fur baby spent the night and even though her problem will be life long she is doing MUCH better and hopefully will have many more quality years left. THANKS NVS for taking such great care of my baby!!
