I called National debt relief at a woman answered asking how am I doing. I responded not so well because do not have positive cash flow. Her response was to say bye and we cannot help you and she hung up the phone without an explanation. I see that their advertisement is as a debt collection business assistant with a good rating online but feel discarded and disrespect from the woman on the phone call so I do not recommend them to anyone.

The company is NOT honest about fees, payments, increasing payments to creditors, or managing your case! You are just an income for them and not a person! They just want to collect more money from you and not put it towards the creditors!! They lie about the program. Their negotiators do nothing to negotiate a good settlement for you with the creditors! They say up to 50% on your settlement with the creditor but that is a lie too!! They don't negotiate for you....they negotiate for the creditors!!! Because they charge you ba... read more

I approved and signed off on two debts settlement. They told me that it will be paid off in 36 to ********************************* that it's won't be paid up until two additional years. If didn't make no sense and I explained to them what I was told and what I signed off on. It even says in my account the amount I owe and when it will be paid up. But they told me otherwise. Unfortunately, I do not have the original settlement amount and payoff date. Go with freedom debt relief. They both are just a quick way to get creditor... read more

I am still getting law suites and lack of communication from National Debt Relief of not being proactive of reaching out to my past creditors. They get their money up front and do the bare minimum of taking care of me(client) I recommend with going to anyone but them. Stuck because they took their money up front of 10 months of payments. The are NOT worth the money you pay them.

They are liars and thiefs! They settle with your creditors for an amount that is equal to what you owed them originally because they wait until you are behind 6 months and owe interest and late fees before they agree to anything. Then they pay themselves 25% first off the top before they pay your creditor leaving nothing in your dedicated savings account to pay your creditors. We had 2 creditors with them that they settled and when we worked hard to save enough to do a lump sum payoff they give us the runaround of what our f... read more

Very disappointed in their service I was enrolled with *** for A few years. I had a few creditors enrolled with them. And I was always told to send any correspondence that I received from a creditor. I did that on two credit cards that I had. They told me not to worry about it. Then I got served a summons and had to appear in court and had to settle with the lawyer, cost me a lot more than it would have been enrolled with ***. I had one more creditor with them that I was told was very aggressive. So after The terrible experi... read more

I am so angry with this company!!!!!! They sign you up, and you can't get a hold of them when you need to talk to someone. They do not help contact the creditors because one creditor still takes money from my account. And the other ones keep emailing me. Because of this, I have no money in my account, and I had to pay my creditor AND this company.
