I BEGIN USING Nation Debt Relief in 2023 NOW IT IS 2026, I HAD 5 CREDIT CARDS AND A VERY SAMLL LOAN I TOLD THEM I WOULD PAY OUT THE LOAN IN 2 MONTHS THEY PRESISTED TO PLACE THE LOAN ON WITH THE **** CONSOLIDATION AND I DID BECAUSE I TRUSTED THEM.. THEY CLOSED THE LOAN BUT THE 5 CREDIT CARDS ARE STILL OPEN I PAID THEM ****** A MONTH FOR 3 YEARS AND NOT ONE CREDIT CARD IS CLOSED. This Company had scammer to call me saying that they were calling from my bank. They wanted me to accept having my credit card accounts frozen and have future payments sent to them. I was told that if I did not accept National Debt relief to represent me that my account would still be closed and my debt sent to a collection agency which would result in my credit rating going low. The sales pitch.made them ********* a great option however, after signing up, they allowed me to be sued, wven after repeatedly informing them of the creditors intentions ans being assured it was just "scare tactics". I have made every deposit as planned yet have had to start no only paying ***** more each 2 weeks, but also forced into 2 more $400.00 deposits to make the program work for me. I saw and ad and thought it might help me get out of debt faster and negotiate less interest frees The sales guy I spoke with was clear that small fees will apply monthly, never told me about the settlement fees and how sometimes for one creditor they get multiple settlement fees, for one of the creditors the settlement fee was $278 twice! The other way they scam you is, lets take Ill say Amex- I owed under $500, they settled for $175, why in the h*** would you need to make 24 payments on that LOW amount, so they can collect... read more

I don't recommend using them at all. I honestly don't believe any of the five star reviews I read, while the one star reviews all fall in with the experience I ****** starts out and seems out but then things go awry. They misappropriated my funds and used them where they shouldn't have gone which resulted in me losing a settlement I didn't know I had, for which they took fees for. They claimed I accepted this settlement but couldn't provide any sort of documentation or proof that I had. So it was basically a "trust me, bro" ... read more

I did complete the program but it was done by my time (6 months later that I originally agreed on). Originally when I came to ***, I was made all kinds of Promises that I will be completed by January 1st of 2026. I was so excited and agreed. Then I got the bad news. It would not be completed until August of 2027. Needless to say, I was very upset due to the word salad that was presented to me. Honestly, theyve done a good job obtaining settlements. At first, I thought they were doing a great job reducing my balances. But after looking into it more, I realized the numbers tell a different story.Theyre great at saying, We saved you $XXX, but what shocked me was discovering that after they take their fees, I end up keeping only a small fraction of those savings.
