Too good to be true but I do not have the lawyer's direct contact number so when my creditors enrolled is this hardship program call or send me collection letters, I can give then the number. I am afraid, somehow.
I was a prospective client, however the first experience the call dropped from the specialist. I did not receive a call back the whole day. I tried again this morning, and was transferred no less than five times. Horrible experience and I will never do business with them.
Hey guys dont get suckered into this scam. Long story short that were going to settle my credit cards in 5 months and I would only have to pay around 200/mo until the amount is paid off. I thought I would save around **** and have my credit hurt a little bit in the end pay less. Not true after five months they tell you you can either wait years to try to settle or apply for a loan they offer that is 25% interest. So Im the long run I paid more to mess up my credit, I was threaten to get sued my creditors and ended up paying ... read more
FIVE YEARS NOW of payments of 550 a month. I get notice it would be done in March but it's not and the last few months I have contacted them every month because the ONLY thing they are doing with my money is paying their own fees. They have taken out enough to PAY OFF the account left. NO RESPONSE EVER........settle your own instead of paying massive amounts to these scheisters to keep for themselves.
I have been paying into this program since August 2023. The account has accumulated over ******* Dollars and National Debt Relief has only paid one credit *****. They have taken over ****** for their fee but has not even reached out to the other 7 creditors. Can I please get help in getting my money back asap.
I have no faith in the program and I'm going to resolve my debts on my own.
watch in the commercials that everyone is satisfied. I been with them a year now seems I pay more fees than debts.
Terrible!! I have been in the program for six months and have been sued twice. After the first lawsuit I asked them to concentrate on another account with the same hospital before I get sued from that. I was told we have our process with how accounts are handled, so I got sued again needlessly. Their process for handling account after they tell you to stop paying on all your credit cards is to do the Snowball effect, they go from lowest account to largest account. I took back all of my accounts by calling the creditors and m... read more
I would not recommend this route. The fees they charge bring you right back to, if not over the actual debt owed. I wish I had contacted creditors myself to resolve. It's like taking out an 800% loan to cover your debt.I am now over 2 years what they said I would be and still have more to go. Their fees are way too high for their services Put the money in an interest bearing savings account and pay down your debt from there. I regret every getting involved with them But am stuck
