*** is a scam they claim to be negotiating on your behalf and after I had spoken to some of the creditors *** never contacted them. Your credit will be destroyed. I would've been better to have taken out a loan and made payments on all the debt because I ended up paying more with *** supposedly helping

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED- WHAT THEY ARE OFFERING IS NOT AT ALL WHAT WAS I WAS TOLD ABOUT THE PROGRAM. THEY WANT ME TO STOP MAKING ANY PAYMENTS TO MY AFFECTED CREDITORS FOR SEVERAL MONTHS BEFORE THEY DO ANYTHING , ALSO THEY WANT ME TO PAY $699.00 PER MONTH FOR TWO OR THREE MONTHS -THEY DO NOTHING IN THE MEANTIME!! I WILL HAVE TO GO THUR PHONE CALLS FROM CREDITORS FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. THEY DO NOTHING BUT COLLECT$699 EACH MONTH-FOR DOING NOTHING!

Please if you are seeing this do not in any way shape or form use National debt relief. they make you feel like they care they truly don't you will suffer long term by going with them. You are to pay them they dont want you making payments to the debts you owe while they keep it in a "Bank" on the side for you my score is now worse off after using them thinking they atleast spoke on my behalf about my debts and me not paying them

Total scam. The *** called for over a year to sell me on a "loan" to pay off the debt sooner, and improve my cresit score which was a lie. So I agreed because i was desperate to be debt free, so like an idiot i agreed and they sold my loan to another company called *************** and extended my pay off by almost 2 years. So I'm paying more than my original debt amount. ****** learned. I am never getting into any debt. Total scam!!! I only helped these vultures get paid.

Wrecked my credit and that *****. The whole program is slow. They say it's the creditors but they send a letter every month, interesting because that's not what I hear from creditors... stop far I settled one account myself and am waiting for them to do their job. Seems like they are getting paid a percentage that requires very little work. I had hoped using a big named company would cause quick settlements. That has not been the case.

I was told by a friend that she used national debt relief and suggested that I should enroll in it because of my credit card debt for my divorce. Before I went with them, I was making minimum payments on my credit cards, unemployed and struggling hard. Once I enrolled, I was told to stop making the minimum payment on my credit cards and to just let them go into collections and that they would reach out to them and they have aggressive people that could get it to where they would settle lower than what I owe. I would not recommend this program to absolutely anyone unless you want to pay way more money then you should. I was rapidly funding my account almost $1200 in a month and a half, as we are trying to rebuild our credit and work on buying a house. This was way over the requested funding for my account and I started getting settlement offers. They settled one of my accounts from $1700 to $436 which I thought was great I was starting to get super excited. They treat their employees like a number instead of taking the time to review calls to see why a stat like FCR is on the higher end of the spectrum. Id spent several years with this company and knew their protocol, rebuttals, etc and was one of their top of the chart agents long term - they started laying some of their employees off and unfortunately, used my FCR rate to excuse cutting me even though id explained its likely due to the fact that i over explain the program and welcome and encourage call backs.
