I started with NDR with 4 credit cards. They were nice and presented me with a payoff option of $308 per month to pay my credit cards off by November 2023. This amount was a difficult charge to manage on a fixed income, but I accepted. I understood credit cards would be paid first except for a fee at the beginning of the program and one afterwards. Everything has went pretty smooth until I noticed something that ******************* failed to make me aware of. He never mentioned it was going to cost $10,000 to pay of my debt. Thank you for being so transparent.
I've been waiting over a year for settlement with 2 creditors. The process of needing a certain amount in my account was not clearly explained to me as necessary for settlement with each creditor. At this rate, it could take 10 years to clear out this debt.
Warning - I filled out an application just to speak to someone and within 24 hours of doing so I started getting calls and texts from various other Debt and ***************** companies. I believe this company sells our information to others. Shameful and predatory.Additionally, they left me a voicemail and i then received an email from them saying "it was was a pleasure to speak to me" - but I had not spoken to anyone. In the beginning I was very happy with National Debt Relief. It all started when I called to get my payoff. I send them over ***** dollars being told that was my payoff. Then a few months later I was told that was incorrect and they needed another ********. They could not take if from my bank account. I gave them my banking information multiple times over 6 weeks. I was a client of NDR. They ruined me. I was on time with my payments every month, even if it was just the minimum. I paid almost $2,000 to this company and they only made one $16.00 to one creditor and another $100 and some to another. Pocketing the rest, apparently for their fees. Yesterday I applied for a personal loan and thought I got it. AMONE called me today indicating I didnt get the loan. They connected me to NDR who put me thru some financial group for a loan which they denied. NDR then recommended I use them. I could reduce my debt and only pay $x/month. He wanted to know if I was interested without telling me the catches to the deal. Fortunately I said no. I just got an email from my personal loan that I did receive yesterday.
