i haven't gotten any updates from you, all i have gotten are phone calls from the two places saying if i don't pay them soon they will turn me over to a collection agency. and that would ruin my credit. Have you informed them what i'm doing.i haven't been with you very long, so i'm probably just being nervus. i'll try to be more patient.

I have been paying over ****** a month for more than 2 years still no end in sight. Apparently they do not help with stopping interest rates to help pay off debt and you can also still be sued by said creditors because of this in the last 2 years it's been 3 times already. I barely had enough debt to qualify and I'm still paying going on 3 years now. This is a serious problem considering the only reason I chose them was they were accredited with the BBB.. This has been nothing but a huge headache. I was told that if I signed up for this program that in about 4 months my credit score will start to increase. What they don't tell you, is that they will allowed most if not all of your debts to be placed in collections, some of which will get "Charged Off" before they attempt to start negotiating with creditors. Agent was like a used car salesman. Lots of words describing how much they were going to help you but won't take the time to explain how. I told him I wanted to read the full contract but I was not given the time to do so. Second issue I found a bill/credit that was both not mine nor had I been paying on it but was listed in my total contract. I sent an email and text message about it but got no response. This is a scam designed to put you in more debt. I called to cancel the program because I couldnt afford it no longer. When I had money taken out of my account without my authorization it was a surprise because I thought I canceled only for them to just suspend it for 9 months never to reached out to me saying anything about theyll be making any withdrawal no email nothing giving me heads up at least I wouldnt have known the program wasnt canceled. This is a scam big ******** wouldnt be surprised if this is an Ponzi scheme

Ive never regretted something more than I regret signing up with ***. I signed up with them over a year ago. They got me 1/2 settlements but didnt mention the $900+ in fees Id have for the first settlement. Im still waiting on a second settlement which will take at least another year. And in the past year Ive been with them, my credit score has tanked which isnt good when youre trying to buy or rent a house. Before *** I had great credit and some debt. Now I have s***** credit and about the same amount of debt. Not worth it.... read more

If I could leave 0-stars, I would. This is a scam company, and if you are working ******** to ********, unable to make extra savings payments they will eventually scare you into a personal loan. If you had the money to make extra payments, would you be signing up for help?? They have finance companies literally connected to the phone line before they call you, for an easy transfer, because their program is a lie. If you are considering enrolling in National Debt Relief to get out of debt, I want to share something I wish I had understood more clearly before I started.A debt settlement program does not mean you are protected from any action a creditor may take.
