The company does not stop calling. I have asked a number of times to stop calling and to be removed from their calling list. The call a minimum of 5 times a day and they call from a different number every time so it is impossible to block them.

I was wrong into accepting a settlement that was consisted to monthly. I've told them multiple times i only wanted lump sum settlement. It took me months for them to do so and my last was a lump sum settlement and now they are back doing it again even after multiple times again to do lump sum settlements only. They want payments because they get their money upfront first so your balance can be zero for months then you make these monthly payments for the next 2-4 years. They forget they work for me i don't work for them. Tire... read more

Very disgusted. Out of 4 credit card companies they handled one. Two contacted me and I made payment arrangements. I paid NDR $265 mo., $182 went to Discover and $83 to NDR. Now I'm told I owe NDR over $700! They have not helped me at all.

You have no problem taking the 2 monthly payments out of my checking account but I do not see any work done on the credit cards...Not happy at all. You have only taken care of **************** which was the lowest amount I owed.....very sad.

Signing up with NDR was the worst financial decision Ive ever made. The assurances I was given during my enrollment were not true. Just a few specifics now. They resolved 2 of my 7 debts, one of which was a Discover card. They negotiated very little off from the original debt and by the time you added their fees along with my tax bill, I would have been better off just paying my entire Discover bill without involving NDR. I also had a large AMEX bill and they only negotiated approximately 25% off of that bill and AMEX wanted... read more

Do not use this company. Every single time you speak with them, you will need to pay more money each month. You will end up paying them more every paycheck than you would be paying your creditors. They change your payment schedule without informing you and put your bank accounts in the negative. You will get different responses from every agent you speak to. Settlements will take many years. They basically tell you that if you can't give them more money constantly for every possiblity of a settlement - not even a guaranteed ... read more

I was informed the debts would be settled up to 50% less of the amount owed! Most of the debts were "quote " settled at much lower Balance ! But I was Charged outrageous settlement and fees which brought the Debt very near to prior balanced owed! Fees were between around 40% of original debt balance ! All in all only saved Approximately 10% And now have additional year to pay on my loan payments ! No once was I told about the insane fees that would be charged and another year of payments that would be added ! This company ca... read more
