I signed up for this program but soon realized that it was not for me, I tried reaching out to the agent ******** via email but to no ************* and communication is readily available at initial sign up, but afterwards you cant get through to anyone if you need help canceling the program. I am trying to be respectful to the company, but they are really acting like scammers at this point. Then I am getting reminders about upcoming payments even though I clearly expressed my intention to have the account canceled. Please ha... read more

When I completed my program early, they repeatedly called me. When I wouldn't confirm my DOB and SSN on the call they would disconnect, but call me the next day asking the same request. Repeatedly requested they remove me from whatever list they were calling from for whatever reason as I know my program is complete. Still calling

I was interested in utilizing their services to help get out of debt as I see their commercials and seen reviews. However I went to their site to get information and it says "enter your information to get a quote in a minute!" I entered information and it just gave a general amount and did not give any specifics. It then gave an option to Call Us, Schedule a Call, or Chat with an Agent. I was on a program for one year. They took over $260 out of my checking account every two weeks. At first they communicated with me all the time. But then communication stopped. They opened a bank account where my money went when they took it. I looked at the account and coming to find out they were taken well over ******* multiple times for a settlement agreement. Called to see if they could help me with a debt management program. They failed to provide me with anything that would help my situation. They then constantly called and kept calling me to the point of harassment. ******** customer service.

National Debt Relief is not a good company to work with for large debt relief. They tell you a different story every time you talk to them, charge ALOT of money to resolve your debt (25%) and drop the ball ALOT, which causes your debts to end up in Collections. I had numerous very frustrating phone calls with their representatives, constantly getting different stories and commitments that are not kept. Honestly, it probably would have been easier and more effective filing bankruptcy!

I inquired about debt relief through this company ended up not using them. I had a decent amount of credit card debt but also had a 750 credit score. I meant the mistake of letting a 0% credit card mature. They will take your credit score to pay off your debt. The main reason Im writing this review is because they will 100% sell your information and yo u will get nonstop phone calls at least 20 a day regarding debt consolidation loans. Horrible. They say monthly amounts but yet when you get three pay checks twice a year they suddenly change there mind and take more. They all lie about how much you get back when you terminate. They took a $850 dollar fee to not close an account. They are all worthless. File bankruptcy before you ever deal with them.
