National debt relief did nothing but take my money, I was told from the start of the program they wouldnt charge me anything I didnt agree to and then when I received my first settlement and agreed to it they then added a Settlement Fee on top and then when I went to cancel due to the surprising charge they never advised me of non refundable fees such as the Settlement fee they took in full and never paid to my creditor. They are a SCAM. For you own good dont use this company.

I signed up with NDR back in April 2023. I gave them a list of 13 debts that total over $32,000. They started taking $368.00 from my bank account each payday. They sent me a proposal to take care of my largest debt. I find out that one of my monthly deposits is being sent to the creditor to pay for this settlement, while the other is going to them for their "settlement" fee. Dont do it! In full honesty I had high hopes about this company, and the ways in which they could help me out when I was in a really tough spot however, after engaging in the program and working up a savings and closing to out of my six accounts within the program, only two of them settled in after which my account was completely drained not only in that time they had advised me that it would be best to stop making payments and all of my debts within the program so I went from a high six credit score 12, low 500 that Im stil... read more

In April of 2021 I contacted National Debt Relief. I spoke with a representative two times, read reviews on their website and BBB. I had a list of questions which were answered. I was quoted an approximate time frame and what fees would occur. This company connects clients to a law firm to handle the actual process, negotiations, payments and disbursing funds. The time frame for paying off my debt was significantly extended by years, the interest rates and fees were exorbitant. I will end up paying thousands of dollars more ... read more

I have been with NDR since June of 2022 and I am not pleased on how they work. They charge a large amount fees just to settle your debt in which that money could go toward the debt to speed up the payoff. They should not be taking their fees out until they can get all the debts settled. They are not negotiating the best amounts and I still have 2 debts that havent been touched and pray they dont come after me. My experience with NDR has been great. They explained in detail their program and what they could do to help me. After reviewing my debts, they developed a program which allows me to pay off debts comfortability. I would recommend them to anyone experiencing financial hardship.

Complete waste of 6 months. They are incompetent at their job, I have no debt settlement offers after all that time and they didn't tell me important information when I first signed up. Per their policy, it would take me well over a year before I would even be able to negotiate with my larger creditors.
