I went through national Debt relief I consolidated my ********* and US Bank credit cards to try to get my debt down. So, they told me to not pay on either one of those credit cards so they could have leverage to buy my loans. So, at one point the bank had sent me something to reduce my debt. I told National Debt Relief and they told me not to answer or pay. So I was paying National Debt Relief $460 and some change. In the meantime I was stressed. I told them the minimum payment was $4000.00 and they said don't worry about it... read more

AVOID THE PROGRAM!! This program absolutely DESTROYS your credit and for years and rectifying it takes A LOT of work. It takes forever for them to settle and if you settle with one creditor but pull out of the program youre required to pay NDR 24% of your debt because theyre a for profit company. Find other ways - there are non profits that help do the same thing but dont destroy your credit and work with your creditors while you still make some payments. The consequences of the National Debt Relief program ARE NOT WORTH IT ... read more

If they would actually mail out the documents to be notarized I might get somewhere. I've been waiting 6 weeks and they call every week asking for it but never mailed out to me. Online identity verification is a joke I'm 55 and they want an adress from age 18 I don't know the adress and I'm not driving 300 miles to get it

I had not heard of National Debt Relief & it was magical that they called me! I had credit card debt up to my ears being a newbie to the only stores business & MrK is a wizard at NDR. In 10 minutes he had my life in chains turned around to a life of freedom in which I have ample time to pay off the debt I had gotten myself into unknowingly. Also I must give ***** credit as well. MrC and MrK make a great team. I am feeling relieved & now looking for a job so I can pay the debt off faster. They were so patient with me & said t... read more

This company is horrible. They start out as very professional and knowledgeable with all sorts of promises. Thats where it ends. After that it becomes a nightmare. Our credit has become worse instead of better. Weve been sent to collections by some of our creditors because their priority of who they work with first makes no sense. They do have a process and logic they use but they dont apply that logic logically.for instance we have two creditors that have roughly the same amount and they are not negotiating with the one tha... read more
