The service was very professional in setting up my appointment at a convenient time. I arrived a few minutes early and was processed immediately and directed to the waiting area. I waited for a short while and received a text that my vehicle was ready. The text showed an image of the bill so I knew exactly what service had been done. I walked back to the service area, paid, and was on my way! Thank you, Nelson Ford service for being so efficient!!
