Did a great job changing oil and tire rotation. Just forgot to put new inspection sticker on but it was taken care of immediately after I brought it to the attendants attention along with an apology

I took my Bronco Sport in for a pretty routine repair, and for some recalls. Following the work, we had some pretty unforeseen incidents. It took 2 additional months to get everything right, but Nelson Ford did all they could possibly do to ensure everything was done to correct the matter. I was pleased with the results. Danny Hutchinson, the general manager, was key to ensuring a positive outcome.
