The other day Norfolk Air came to our house to inspect and service our heat pump under our service contract. They arrived very promptly, were very friendly and courteous, and kept the house clean. Every time they come over they do an excellent job. We're very happy with our service contract with them.
Just put a brand new unit for second floor everybody starting from Tyler were trully professional thumbs up for the team so for so good.
What great service. Called yesterday at 2:00PM after coming home from vacation and they had someone at my house at 4:00. Friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
These guys were great! From the first phone call they were ankle to be here within the hour!!! Diagnosed the problem, got me running, set me up for maintenance! They had to come back to put the parts in, they were on time, courteous, polite and did not try to " up sell" me! I would recommend them to my friends!
