I am very pleased with the superb job that this company has done with fixing my broken ac unit. Brian (Owner) personally came and fixed the ac unit and it was on Father's Day at that. While looking over the unit, he informed me that it was the capacitor that was bad. He was very thorough with explaining looking over to see if anything else was wrong with the unit. We were having problems with our air conditioner not working. Called Norfolk Air this morning (Sunday) they were at our home in no time. A very nice and pleasant technician came and fixed the problem. Other places we called couldn't come or an answering machine took a message. Andrew explained the problems and how he fixed them. Very very next young man. My husband had just got out of the hospital. Sitting in a hot house with a fan blowing hot air was not helping his recovery. Amazing service!!! These guys have been here for 11 hours, working hard to make sure our boiler and hot water heater get installed and that we had hot water tonight!!! This is the first time since we moved in a year ago that I didn't have to run the water for 5 minutes to wait for the hot water for a shower! So happy!! Thank you thank you thank for all of your hard work guys!! We appreciate it more than you know!!!
Service was professional, reasonably priced and fixed what needed to be fix. My only suggestion would be to have a line item in lieu of lump sum invoice so I know what I exactly I paid for.
