Service or Repair Issues I was charged and a shipping label was created for my order on 2/27/23. I have yet to receive product and have tried three times to get a person on the phone, but am either left on hold for hours or have requested a call back and never received one. I have also reached out via email and have not received a response. I enjoyed the product for three months and would like to receive my shipment so that I can continue to use the product, but at this point I just want a resolution.
Delivery Issues Nutrafol charged my credit card $224 on 2/24/23 and said that my order was shipped on 2/27/23 and as of yet I havent received it. I have tried endlessly to call them and no agents are available. I have tried several times to email them and have not received any answers as of today 3/14/23. My tracking number is ***********************************.
Product Issues I bought a one time hair supplement order. - Supply of 30 days. Today I was charged for another bottle. $79 dollars. I did not sign up for a automatic subscription.

Service or Repair Issues At the beginning of February 2023, I placed an order. As soon as I placed that order I immediately realized my old address was listed on my account. I tried to cancel the order, no luck. I tried emailing the company to get further instructions. No response. It took almost a month but my order finally arrived. Service or Repair Issues After calling Nutrafol multiple times, each time says there are no agents available. I was charged for an order in Jan 2023 and I have yet to receive my vitamins from them. So they took my money but never delivered the product.
Billing Issues A payment of ***** was deducted from my account for an order not received. Emails have been sent with no response. Phone calls go unanswered by Nutrofol.
Product Issues Since taking this product I have lost hair, my thinning hair at the beginning has fallen out. I have a visible balding and sores.
Service or Repair Issues I canceled my subscription with Nutrafol bacon in September 2022. Today I was charge another shipment. The history of my account shows I have not received an order since September 2022 and do not know why all of a sudden they started my subscription back. I tried message and left messages.
