Don't Give Up! I've been taking this supplement for several years now. It affects everyone a little different. I too, started out taking 4 per day and maintained that dosage for about a week. After that time, I reduced my dosage to 1 per day for a week. I found the perfect dosage for me is 2 per day, one morning and evening.
