Don't Give Up! I've been taking this supplement for several years now. It affects everyone a little different. I too, started out taking 4 per day and maintained that dosage for about a week. After that time, I reduced my dosage to 1 per day for a week. I found the perfect dosage for me is 2 per day, one morning and evening. The hair thickness and growth. I am a 77 yr. Old black woman who has used Nutrafol for over 9 months. In the beginning my hair would fall out and become thin. In using Nutrafol my hair stop falling out and the gapes in the scalp have stop. I wish knew this product before, I know it would be beneficial to my hair growth and thicknesses. Nutrafol causing stomach issues I have been taking this for a 6 weeks now, I haven't notice a huge difference but I am still in the 3-6 month window.I had read a lot of reviews before ordering this. Worth the money. One of the few products that actually work. I struggled getting my hair to grow and had tried every product on the market that claimed it could regrow your hair and make it fuller. However once I started taking these vitamins not only did I notice the change in my hair but so did my hair stylist.
