The inside is nice but the cleaning crew could do a better job. The outside is a little worn but nothing serious is wrong. Woke up to ants on the counter but not many. Could be better but could also be much worse. Id return for another stay but not in this building.
The Wake Zone is clean, comfortable, and has an amazing ocean view. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is modern, and the bathrooms are updated. There is a large covered deck and ample under house parking. The outdoor showers have hot Water! My family and I will return.
Our first year at Oak Island and we were so glad to have gone to Oak Island Accommodations to find our rental. We stayed at Lispendens and found that it was a lovely, well-appointed HOME that sits right at the Yaupon/Caswell beach lines. Brought the family (children and grandchildren) for a week on Oak Island. This was our first trip to Oak Island. We couldn't have been more pleased with the house or with Oak Island Accommodations. Pleasant experience from first contact to last. We will be back!!
