Excellent service! The employees were friendly and courteous. This where I will get my oil changed from now on. I usually go to the dealership. This place is way faster and cheaper.
Omg slowest service lately. Idk if new staff but they move like snails for a quick oil stop. I used to enjoy coming here. I got here at 12 pm and it's now 115pm. And other people on my right who finished and gone ahead of me even coming after me. Incredibly frustrating. It's 2 and they finally finished.
Free coffee/drinks, quick service, good prices, hospitality. I worked here for over a year and not a thing has changed. They're still the quickest, best, and most friendly in town. My go-to for anything I don't feel like doing at home! Bring the kids... (they have apple juice for them!!!)
My 1st time here this morning . I came for an oil change . I was frustrated because every few minutes , 1 of the 2 guys that serviced my car kept coming to my window & offering stuff that I wasn't interested in. Then , it seemed that when I didn't want any other services , 1 of the guys asked the other if they "offered me" the extra service . Needless to say , they tried to sell me everything under the sun. Long time Oil Stop customer of the Santa Rosa Coddingtown location and always have recieved wonderful service there, but I work in Petaluma and needed an oil change before a road trip the following morning so I decided to go to this location on my early lunch break around 11:30. They weren't too busy, but they were short staffed. However, when the manager found out I was on a time crunch, he personally attended to my car and got me out of there with time to spare. Friendly, fast, professional service. Couldn't ask for much more. The guys had me pull up to the front and leave my keys in the car, ask which service I wanted and got straight to work. Couldn't ask for much more.
I went in for a badly needed oil change. There was only 1 car ahead of me and it only took about 15-20 minutes to get in and out. Their service was kind and informative. They made their recommendations and clearly stated what the costs would be. I didn't feel under any pressure to get any particular service. I also got a car wash out of it for no extra charge. I'd highly recommend this place
This place is awesome!! I came in for my lunch break and this was the best oil change service I've ever received!! I didn't have much time but I was in and out quickly. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The free drinks were icing on the cake. I will definitely come back when it's time for my next oil change.
