I'm a loyal customer to oil stop and have been ritually taking my vehicle here since I pulled it off the lot in 2016. Might have to rethink this idea, as the price is now almost $100 and shotty service.
Pedro gave me the best customer service I've ever got at any oil spot or competitor he was kind and attentive to my needs he listened to my complaint about the constant up sale that goes on at these places explain why oil stop was different but respect my request to just take care of my oil because my car is very old and I have a mechanic advising me to do the bare minium because I'm about to sell the car extremely cheap do to the transmission making wierd idling sound for so long not effecting it other wise but we believe i... read more
Great service! And during Covid it was nice to be able to stay in the car while service was being performed.
This was the best oil service I've ever been through. They are SO thorough. They take you through every step of your service. They offer complimentary drinks while you wait. They always have 2 people working on your car and they communicate back and forth the entire time. I got a free car wash with my service which is conveniently next door. Talk about high pressure tried to sell every additive that was done 5k miles ago and even tried to replace my brand new air cleaner wow said no 7 times that's why I don't let my wife go there

Today was my first time to use oil stop drive-through, it was great. I have an old Chevy Tahoe, and I noticed how much better it was running on the drive home. And now my car sparkles from the free car wash. Definitely will be going back.
My 3rd time coming here ever since I bought my used.l subaru outback. Each and every time I came here the service was quick and efficient. The guys do their job quickly and efficiently. They do not try to upsell anything but do recommend certain stuff for whatever you are in service for. I've got 60,000 miles on my Jeep and I only trust these guys to do my oils changes. They're always so polite and set expectations for wait times appropriately. Everyone was wearing masks and although they aren't serving beverages like they were before (just bottled water which is still a nice touch) they are running the car wash until 4pm Monday-Friday, and the team is as efficient as ever.
