I arrived 20 minutes before they opened so I wouldn't get to work too late. I'm waved into the bay and tell the guy I just want an oil change and politely decline the recommended extras. AFTER they drain the oil the guy tells me they don't have my F250 diesel's filter in stock and it would take about a week for them to get one. So I suggest they put the old oil back in and I call Napa auto parts down the road and they have the filter. I tell the guy I'll get the filter and come right back. I will not be back to any oil stop again. They have lost some of their best customer service aspects after this corona virus outbreak. They do not offer sealed beverages anymore. They no longer have public bathrooms. Also no more car wash or self vacuuming. They also allow customers to vape in their car. Those vapors can carry and transmits covid-19. They take all these precautions to keep everyone safe. But in reality all of the crew members here could be infected already. Be careful if you decide to stop here for a service... read more
Stopped here today on my way to Oakland. Told them my oil light had come on and I didn't have time for an oil change. They were great. They checked out all fluids in my car topped off my oil. They were practicing self distancing and also wearing N95 masks. I will definitely be bringing back my car here I didn't get my guys name unfortunately, but he was great. Thanks for being so kind in this time.

These guys are awesome! I was out of town on business and blew a radiator hose and Justin got me patched up and back on the road. Great courteous staff I would recommend them to anyone who needs service on their vehicle

I love this place the staff is so friendly! The service was great they did such a great job doing my oil change and at the end they offered a free car wash .
Worst slow service I have ever received. Took well over an hour, this is after the hood was finally opened. Will never return.
Service was great. But it took forever. There was only one car ahead of me, which was already being worked on. Still took me about 1.5 hours to get out. Kind of defies the purpose of going through a drive through oil change. But again service and facilities were great.
