Great service!! We drive from Marin to get our car serviced here. The attendants are highly professional, courteous, and thorough. They took care of every detail from the start, offered us free beverages, and free car war with any oil change. Cleaned the grease pan underneath it so it looked brand new!! This was a great experience and my car is thankful. Do not go to Valvoline- they pretended to put air in the tires and it was caught on camera. Oil stop is the way to go!!!
I came to check an engine light on my vehicle. I literally waited 1.5 hours and I was the third vehicle. if you plan on visiting this place plan at least a while afternoon to be waiting in your cat. I will not visit this place again!
I think this place gives a decent oil change but be prepared to wait forever. Employees show zero hustle, I watched a car sit in the garage for over 30 mins before they even started the oil change. No sense of urgency or care to try to speed things up when there's a line of cars waiting. After waiting a total of 45 mins I asked the high school aged employee how much longer and he said another 45 mins. So an hour and a half to wait for 1 person in front of me. Should be called the 50 min oil change I mean in the bay! I literally just got an oil change. Don't expect them to reset your oil light either. Literally had to google it myself in the exit. For 130$ seriously Gary, I left the review literally why I sat in the bay. Then updated it after my service was complete!! Got In line at 12:51 out at 2:31 I was 4th car.
I'm getting my oil changed right now! Been coming here for years and they do a great job and are always very professional. Yeah, they try to upsell but a friendly "no thank you" and they move on with absolutely no pressure. Highly recommend!!
When I was at oil stop (car wash) it completely stopped WHILE I was inside getting my car washed this was my first and last time coming here and I will not come back. If I can give ZERO stars I would. Did I mention I paid $14 dollars for the platinum wash
I am currently here getting an oil change and I have got to say I am truly taken aback my the customer service. Everyone has been super pleasant, they give you a complimentary car wash and oil change. Everything and everyone was super professional. 10/10 recommend

I had almost givin up on going to oil stop because of the contestant sales pitch. no matter how I explained I'm not buying anything extra they were at my window every few seconds!! But with a $5 coupon in hand and in bad need of a wash and vacuum, I decided to give it ONE more chance. luckily today I was helped by Drew!!
