I felt compelled to write a review during my service today 4/20/22. While I'm in my car waiting I have the window down and can't help to be moved by the positive culture they have here. The workers are polite and friendly with each-other. It makes me smile how they take care of one another, I can also hear the way the head person interacts with their employees and it's uplifting. As always, service here was friendly and professional. Maya is wonderful and a great asset to the operation. The only thing that bothered me was the sight of a sloppy looking apparent trainee who wasn't in uniform and picked his butt in the public area. Pretty unprofessional.

I was greeted by a short tempered man named Stuart. I was in the middle of saying "Hi! I have the coupon for" when he quickly interrupted me saying, "before we get to that I want to tell you it's going to be a 45 minute wait". Yea sir , it's always that long or longer, you don't have to interrupt me (I did not actually say this, I politely responded and proceeded to wait). Arrived when they opened was in and out within 20-30 minutes.The service techs are always polite even when you refuse extras.

Wow! 10 star service. Very impressed. Fast, honest, nice and informative. Comes with a free drink and car wash. Can't beat it.

Anna provided exceptional service. Despite being so busy with many cars she was extremely kind and welcoming, she checked on me multiple times to see if I needed anything throughout my visit. Staff was working promptly trying to get everyone in and out in a timely manner. Looking at previous reviews people really should understand there is going to be a wait when there are 8-10 others cars trying to get serviced at the same time. Went to get my oil change, a week later the check engine light comes on. I went to my regular mechanic and he tells me that my oil was bone dry and damaged the engine. Oil stop put the wrong oil in my car. I think this review speaks for itself, will never ever recommend this place to anybody.

My kids loved this place!! We pulled up not knowing what to expect and the people were so friendly and my kids had so much fun watching them work. Highly recommend!
