This oil change location is top notch. Friendly mechanics who communicate well. They greeted me and offered coffee first. Which I appreciated since I arrived at 9am. They run the place like a well oiled machine. You can hear them double checking the steps they are taking. They offered to change my in cabin air filter. I went ahead and added that service. Jonathan and Daniel provided excellent customer service. They were very pleasant and helped me out even when I didn't purchase anything. Because of that, I returned as a paying customer and will continue coming here because of their kindness.
I absolutely love this place! I have been coming here for more than 25 years! I would highly recommend this place! Miguel and his crew are polite and professional! If you need a oil change go here! I've been coming here for years and OilStop never disappoints. The exceptional employees at OilStop are what make the difference. Anyone can go to Valvoline or JiffyLube and get work done by someone who doesn't care so long as you pay at the end of the service. But all of the employees at OilStop treat you like family, whether you're new or a familiar face, they always give 100%. Love the convenance of a drive thru oil change. This was my first time at this location and Jordan and Daniel will have me as a returning client. They were knowledgeable, patient and most importantly professional. They did not rush in providing me service and they even offered me a complimentary beverage while I waited in my vehicle. I called 10 minutes before closing time and they told me as long as I got there before closing they would service my vehicle. For me that's everything!! I have a tight schedule and can only fit a small window into getting my car serviced. These guys came in on the clutch! Hardworking people will always find each other !
