Never Combe to this location ..... my wife just went in and tried to get a oil change for her 2020 Kia palisade and a girl by the name of Maria tried to scam her :....... by telling my wife that my wife needed to put synthetic oil instead of conventional and if not my wife would avoid her dealer warranty....... I was on the phone with my wife and I couldn't believe I was hearing this ..... I came here before our drive back to SF and needed an oil change before the long drive. Juan, José and Daniel provided excellent service by explaining and giving tips/advice on preventative maintenance. I would definitely stop by again if I'm in the area.

I've been taking my car to Valvoline for years with no issues. I moved not too long ago and figured I'd give these guys a try. Great customer service. But I came in for an oil change and transmission flush in August and it is now the end of October and my Engine gave out and seized up on the freeway. Had to tow my car to a local shop and they found that the engine had no oil..... Now I'm stuck with a car that doesn't turn on and figure out if I should fix the engine or buy a new car.

Was in a rush and wanted a quick oil change. I usually go to the dealer but I always end up being there 2 hours. This place was $15 more than the dealer but it was worth the less time and hassle of the dealership. Pros: fast Friendly Clean Comfortable(stay in car and provided a cold beverage) Convenient Cons: They try to sell you a lot of stuff They keep trying One more time they want to sell you stuff Price was a little more expensive than usual for me I didn't know what was going on but they kept yelling stuff. These guys are amazing. From the first time you drive up they greet you offer you beverages while you wait in your car. No pressure or hassles to sell you what you don't need but are very informative and will be honest when it is time to replace anything that needs attention to your vehicle. They are fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Will definitely be bringing in my cars here on a regular basis.

I have been coming to this Jiffy lube location for years and they've always presented great customer service. This time Brandon was able to answer some questions I had about my car and his suggestions took care of my concerns. Now they offer a drive thru service which shows how much they care about their customers during this time with Covid-19.

I came here for my second time and I have to say the service was Amazing !!! I was helped by Juan which offered me a drink and was very hospitable as well as professional. Then David introduced himself and notified me he will also be helping out. The way these guys communicate not only amongst themselves (which shows great teamwork), but they also communicate with the customers. A HIGHLY recommended spot ! Juan & David, Thank you guys, Ivan

What a great first experience with OilStop! They have excellent customer service and a nice friendly staff. Didn't expect for them to show me the brand new filter and the oil plug seal but that was a nice touch on the already great service. I would definitely recommend this place for your next oil change. Shout out to Juan who assisted me and offered a complementary water when I arrived.
