I found this place on Yelp as I am new to the area. It had amazing reviews so I was looking forward to trying it out. The mechanic helping me (Daniel) was very friendly as well as all the staff. They offered me drinks as I waited in my car. Everyone was wearing masks and following COVID-19 protocols and I felt very safe. I've been bringing my car and truck here since I moved to Arcadia and it's always been really great. When they're not busy they get you in and out really quick and when it's busy they still are always working to get things done. I've never had a problem where I've had to come back. They do try to upsell some things but I've never been to a car place that doesn't. I've never been pushed if I decline it.

Not a way to sustain a business. Prior to the last service of my vehicles, this location had met all my expectations, but one (in this case two) service techs ruined any chance of me ever returning back. On my last visit I had the usual oil change done to my vehicle, but I also opted for the cabin and air filter replacement. After the work was completed I went about my business. They are always extremely polite, professional, efficient and don't try to push and up sell. They work in a timely manner while still being very thorough, which I appreciate! Thanks Oilstop, keep up the great work!
Great place if you need a quick oil change. And if you're worried about COVID because you're in your own car the entire time without any contact from other people. They're also known for their service.
Awesome customer service. I'm still amazed at how courteous, respectful, and efficient this team is. They take excellent care of my car. This excellent service is probably why my car is still running smoothly at over 219,000 miles. They check on everything. Great service from my years of experience taking my different cars to various places. I will continue to bring my car here. Best place ever.
I don't know why I've never had my oil change here before until today? This is a great business with excellent service, efficiency,knowledgeable and detailed. Plus staying in the car the whole time without having to get out with a child is a major plus! We were offered complimentary beverages, I took a bottled water, my son a apple juice. Would have liked a cocktail but wishful thoughts! Thank you associates at Oil Stop!
Never Combe to this location ..... my wife just went in and tried to get a oil change for her 2020 Kia palisade and a girl by the name of Maria tried to scam her :....... by telling my wife that my wife needed to put synthetic oil instead of conventional and if not my wife would avoid her dealer warranty....... I was on the phone with my wife and I couldn't believe I was hearing this ..... I came here before our drive back to SF and needed an oil change before the long drive. Juan, José and Daniel provided excellent service by explaining and giving tips/advice on preventative maintenance. I would definitely stop by again if I'm in the area.
