Super slow. I've been sitting in my car since 1pm. It is now 1:45pm. Meanwhile, 2 cars get done in a different bay. Update: it's 1:56pm and they are just getting started. But they sure as hell try sell every freaking additional service.

I came to Monrovia early in this morning to steal my moms car while she was asleep to surprise her with an oil change. What originally made me want to come here was the convenience of it being a drive thru. This was personally first time coming to oilstop for my cars oil change. I usually go to a family owned place in Rancho Cucamonga but I was visiting my family near by and I needed it done BAD. My dad takes all of their cars here and I swung by. They guided me to drive my car in right away!! Absolutely no wait time for me which was awesome! This place cost me $400 in repairs. I went for an oil change. I left with a destroyed oil pan and gasket. Just go to your regular mechanic.

These guys have the best customer service. Not only do they communicate everything and make it simple to understand, they do it patiently and friendly. They don't pressure you to buy any added stuff, they are friendly, welcoming and very professional. Time for an oil change, I found myself pulling in at Oil Stop in Monrovia and was pleasantly greeted by service technician, Leonardo. This young man had such a pleasant personality, he had me smiling! He checked the oils in the car, etc., letting me know about windshield wipers, tires and other services, etc; there was no pressure for me to purchase anything.
