I came to Monrovia early in this morning to steal my moms car while she was asleep to surprise her with an oil change. What originally made me want to come here was the convenience of it being a drive thru. I dread doing anything that has to do with car maintenance and this was the absolute best service I have ever had - just about anywhere. This was personally first time coming to oilstop for my cars oil change. I usually go to a family owned place in Rancho Cucamonga but I was visiting my family near by and I needed it done BAD. My dad takes all of their cars here and I swung by. They guided me to drive my car in right away!! Absolutely no wait time for me which was awesome! This place cost me $400 in repairs. I went for an oil change. I left with a destroyed oil pan and gasket. Just go to your regular mechanic.
Very professional. Quick and easy... Great customer service skills.. Good prices... Sometimes there might be a wait. But its worth it. Very good communication.
These guys have the best customer service. Not only do they communicate everything and make it simple to understand, they do it patiently and friendly. They don't pressure you to buy any added stuff, they are friendly, welcoming and very professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable place to take your vehicles to get oil changes.

Time for an oil change, I found myself pulling in at Oil Stop in Monrovia and was pleasantly greeted by service technician, Leonardo. This young man had such a pleasant personality, he had me smiling! He checked the oils in the car, etc., letting me know about windshield wipers, tires and other services, etc; there was no pressure for me to purchase anything. Quick and efficient drive-thru oil change spot that is located in Monrovia. The staff here is friendly and they work quickly to get you in and out without you even stepping out of your car. In the beginning they also offer you a beverage while you wait! The only thing that can be a bit overwhelming is that they push some services on you often but I totally understand that this is business. Overall, they're pretty friendly and quick, this is my go-to oil change spot if I'm in a hurry.
I have becoming here's since I had my daughter because getting oil changes as a working mother is impossible. I usually have no problems they are quick efficient and kind. I could do without the upgrade pushes but other than that we love it. Until today. I pull up at 8:05 to get a quick oil change after dropping my daughter off at school before my work meeting and they were nowhere to be found.
