I visited Oilstop for the first time last week for a routine oil change. Once I pulled up, I was instructed to stay in my car as I waited for the car in front of mine to be serviced. While I waited I was offered a complimentary bottle of water. My wait was about 25 minutes. As I pulled forward, 2 to 3 technicians began to get to work on my car. If you are in a rush and don't mind paying more it's great. I needed to get my oil changed during my lunch break and made it back to my office with 10 minutes to spare! They have a team working on you and you don't even have to get out of your car. I will admit it's more than I usually pay for an oil change but the service was fast friendly and attentive. This place is great. Great service, nice car wash bonus, a/c into your car while you wait is great touch especially in SoCal. Only knock is that its pricey compared to others.
Super slow. I've been sitting in my car since 1pm. It is now 1:45pm. Meanwhile, 2 cars get done in a different bay. Update: it's 1:56pm and they are just getting started. But they sure as hell try sell every freaking additional service.

I came to Monrovia early in this morning to steal my moms car while she was asleep to surprise her with an oil change. What originally made me want to come here was the convenience of it being a drive thru. I dread doing anything that has to do with car maintenance and this was the absolute best service I have ever had - just about anywhere.
