Extremely hard sell. I agree with the other reviewers who mentioned this place hard sells like crazy. I was waiting for service, and there were 2 cars in the 2 bays being serviced in front of me. Both car owners were pushed for adding engine additive. One car was upsold for transmission service. I heard the service tech say "blah blah...you should get a transmission service every x number of miles" Then the other car had its' engine air filter taken out, the the service tech was trying to get the lady customer to replace ... read more
I was a little overdue for an oil change and have a long trip coming up, but was running errands with my seven year old and one year old. I called Oilstop in advance to ask if they were actually drive thru so I wouldn't have to get out with the baby and I was so surprised when they said that they are and I didn't need an appointment!! I drove in and there was a car ahead of us so we went to Weinerschnitzel right next door so that my kids were able to have a snack during our oil change. A mailer coupon drew me here and their service will be drawing me back again very soon. In the times of COVID, things have changed everyone's life. Even something as simple as getting an oil change has changed, but I'm super thankful that businesses are doing their due diligence in keeping their staff and customers safe. Oilstop was definitely one of them that has adjusted their work place for the better. I had 2 negative experiences related to service aptitude. 1. Brought in a brand new mini van with ~10k miles on it. They mistakenly put 1 less quart than what it needed. After driving it for 3,000 miles, I brought it back for another oil change, as the oil light kept coming on. Note: this was 10,000 mile synthetic oil being used. It was only AFTER changing the oil, they told the last time they had messed up last time. WOW!! It's been awhile since I have personally taken my vehicle for an oil change but this was by far the best service I've ever received. Manager David and his team are professional, informational, quick and have a great team atmosphere. I 100% recommend this establishment :)
Drive thru station, so you don't have to leave your car. They don't pressure you into buying any extras, but they do check your fluid levels. Complementary drinks, free tire pressure adjustment, wipe your front/rear windshields, free car wash voucher. It's a little pricier than the competition, but they definitely take care of your car with a great attitude.
I love this place they always take good care of my car and are honest and they took me in at the last Min they were closed and they still took me in and they are all amazing people David. And Richard and I for got the other guys but they are great will be coming back always
It would be great if they'd answer the phone during regular business hours instead of having potential and actual clients directed to voicemail. Very off-putting. Personally, I'm not willing to go there now that I've called 5 or 6 times and all I hear is voicemail.

Got my oil change before a long trip always a good experience. Free drinks are cool too. While waiting they ask questions about add ons but aren't pushy about it. Hotdogs next door at weinersxhnitsel lol Oh God I'm german american and I cant spell it, but anyway the snitzel is good after the oil change.
