I have been coming to this Jiffy lube location for years and they've always presented great customer service. This time Brandon was able to answer some questions I had about my car and his suggestions took care of my concerns. Now they offer a drive thru service which shows how much they care about their customers during this time with Covid-19.
I came here for my second time and I have to say the service was Amazing !!! I was helped by Juan which offered me a drink and was very hospitable as well as professional. Then David introduced himself and notified me he will also be helping out. The way these guys communicate not only amongst themselves (which shows great teamwork), but they also communicate with the customers. A HIGHLY recommended spot ! Juan & David, Thank you guys, Ivan
What a great first experience with OilStop! They have excellent customer service and a nice friendly staff. Didn't expect for them to show me the brand new filter and the oil plug seal but that was a nice touch on the already great service. I would definitely recommend this place for your next oil change. Shout out to Juan who assisted me and offered a complementary water when I arrived.
My car serviced here for over 3 years and it will continue to. I understand some of the other reviews states that these mechanics oversell to them. But do understand that they have to sustain a business in Monrovia and selling oil change ain't going to do. If you don't want to be "oversold" just tell the person serving you: "I am only here for an oil change." They will understand.
Everyone at this place are very professional,they are fast and very good at what they do,I been going here for years I love how at the end you get a coupon for a free car wash
Extremely hard sell. I agree with the other reviewers who mentioned this place hard sells like crazy. I was waiting for service, and there were 2 cars in the 2 bays being serviced in front of me. Both car owners were pushed for adding engine additive. One car was upsold for transmission service. I heard the service tech say "blah blah...you should get a transmission service every x number of miles" Then the other car had its' engine air filter taken out, the the service tech was trying to get the lady customer to replace ... read more
I was a little overdue for an oil change and have a long trip coming up, but was running errands with my seven year old and one year old. I called Oilstop in advance to ask if they were actually drive thru so I wouldn't have to get out with the baby and I was so surprised when they said that they are and I didn't need an appointment!! I drove in and there was a car ahead of us so we went to Weinerschnitzel right next door so that my kids were able to have a snack during our oil change. A mailer coupon drew me here and their service will be drawing me back again very soon. In the times of COVID, things have changed everyone's life. Even something as simple as getting an oil change has changed, but I'm super thankful that businesses are doing their due diligence in keeping their staff and customers safe. Oilstop was definitely one of them that has adjusted their work place for the better. I had 2 negative experiences related to service aptitude. 1. Brought in a brand new mini van with ~10k miles on it. They mistakenly put 1 less quart than what it needed. After driving it for 3,000 miles, I brought it back for another oil change, as the oil light kept coming on. Note: this was 10,000 mile synthetic oil being used. It was only AFTER changing the oil, they told the last time they had messed up last time.
