My go-to for oil changes! High energy culture with employees who are eager to get the job done. They do throw lots of sales pitch but nothing unnecessary. They also offer free drink, car wash down the street.
I'm always on the go sometimes I don't prioritize getting my car taken care off, I had some time on my hands today my oil change was long over due so I look some places up on yelp & stumbled onto this place. I've been coming to this establishment for the last three years since we moved to Norwalk and I've always received top service each time I've visited. The guest service they provide doesn't pressure you into buying a service or make you feel like you don't take care of your car. They answer any questions you have and always discuss what is recommended. They don't need to offer something to drink but it's part of their great service and it's much appreciated. I always recommend them to friends and family.
I love this place. They are so efficient. They put on a good show of team work!!! My truck has 180000 miles and oil stop has been servicing it since 2009. I've had the truck since 2004 when I bought brand new and it still runs like a champ. It's pulls 9000 pounds like nothing. I attribute all the services I've done here to good maintenance the keeps my truck on the road.
WOW amazing. Top service by Andrew and Ernesto. Unlike many automotive places, these folks are real and honest. No games no upsell BS. They even topped up my oil free. I don't trust most in the automotive business, but these folks are the real deal. I would send my elderly mother there knowing they would not rip her off. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking honest service. And most of my reviews on Yelp are not positive, so this is a significant experience to make me write this . Wow 5 Star service.
I haven't even gotten the service I came for but the customer service experience here is elite, the energy is on point and even when you call they seem happy to answer your questions and help, pricing is pretty much on point opposed to other places that try to overcharge for everything
My car needed a oil change. So I went to Oilstop. Jaydin, Oscar and Griffin provided exceptional service. I love that they give a military discount! I recommend this place to everyone I know and I will be coming back.
ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS a pleasure coming in to be served by the men of oil stop. Customer service is a solid 5 stars. They know how to communicate, they don't judge if you say no to what they offer, and they offer free beverages. How do I even go to another place to get my oil changed. Stay away from this place, they will mess your car up with just one oil change! I always take my car to the dealership, but we planned a last min road trip and needed it done asap. So I looked for the closest place with the best reviews. They told me I could come in right away and the employees were very friendly. But don't let that complimentary cup of coffee fool you.
