I went here (although a little out of the way) because of the reviews. Let me tell you, it was great. Service techs were so polite, friendly and professional! And the perks! Omg, they offered a big selection of beverages while vehicle was being serviced. They showed me the color of my fluids and new ones to compare. They cleaned my windshields, added air to my tires, oiled hinges on doors and never made me feel pressured to buy any extra service. Will definitely be going back!!!

I LOVED this place, but today, NOT so much. Last week my husband went to get the oils topped off. After driving to work this morning, I called my husband to tell him the truck was shaking and the brakes felt weird. He took my truck to a mechanic, and the mechanic told us that someone put the power steering fluid where the brake fluid should be. I had to pay to get everything drained and refilled. NOW my ABS sensor light is on. Thanks, guys at Oilstop!

I was clearly overcharged for a non-synthetic oil changed today for a 2016 Jeep Cherokee ($85)! Partly due to an additional bogus up charge for a paper oil filter, an extra quart of oil that I definitely didn't need because I just added a quart last week, but I didn't argue with the tech because the oil had already been drained from the car. I have been coming to this location forever, I always appreciate the quick and honest service but the reason I write my review after all these years is from my recent service with the techs Anthony and Jaydin. Anthony helped me switch to a full synthetic oil as opposed to a blend with his insight and knowledge on what the difference was. Awesome place! The most easiest experience I've had while changing my oil. The employees are all super friendly and helpful! They make you feel super relaxed while you're waiting, but their also fast at their job. Proficient would be a better choice of word because they know what they're doing. It can get stressful or frustrating visiting these types of establishments because they always try to upsell you things. My go-to for oil changes! High energy culture with employees who are eager to get the job done. They do throw lots of sales pitch but nothing unnecessary. They also offer free drink, car wash down the street.
