If you have time on your hands this is the place to go. They try and "up" sell you on every fluid possible - very annoying. Friendly enough but probably cuz I was there for almost an hour getting a simple 6 quart oil change. Def won't go back.

Never have a bad experience here. Like any drive thru spot, you have to try to go when it's not too busy. But they are always friendly and pretty accurate about time estimates. Yes, you do pay a premium to have it done while you're in the car but with prices being what they are these days, what you pay is actually not that much higher than if you go to a place where you have to drop off your car and it takes a few hours.

This place is great! Be ready to spend a little time but they try to get to everyone as quickly as possible! I'd much rather then spend a little more time having them look the car over rather than rushing through and missing a step. Most other places will do an "inspection" and not actually doing anything. They literally show you what your fluids look like and walk you through everything which I think is GREAT. I used the dealer for years. I finally had enough of the dealer's poor service and awful care of my vehicle. I thought my vehicle was on its last legs at 50,000 miles. Then, I had the best experience at Oil Stop. I stayed in my car and they showed me every oil and filter that needed replacement compared to what the oil/filter should look like. No pressure. Simplicity, transparency and value.

Had my oil/filter changed here for the first time today. Greeted by Jackie, who offered me a soda while I sat in my car, waiting for the tech to start. Josh asked several questions & was courteous, friendly & downright jovial. Leonardo made quick work of the oil change & reviewed every step with me as he proceeded. Meanwhile, there's all this funny banter going on between the other techs, something I've never witnessed before in a auto garage! Checked reviews and called before taking my car in for an oil change. I saw that local Toyota dealers had issues. Cory answered the phone and was straightforward and when I got there, everything he said proved to be true. I got the full synthetic oil change with the coupon on their website it was just under $100. For synthetic blend oil it'll cost you around $80 if you use the coupon on their website which is better than a Yelp $10 coupon.
