I needed my oil changed before driving up to Idaho so I stopped through. I was immediately offered a cold beverage and talked through everything they'd be offering. They oiled the hinges on my doors, washed my windows, topped off my fluids, and checked my tires pressure all for free. Ricardo helped me out through the whole thing and was so polite! I'd definitely recommend coming here, everyone's friendly and efficient!
It was really busy but, they made the wait easy but, checking up on me and gave me drinks after drink ( coke, coffee , water ) , they knocked out the crowd fast ,informative about what they were giving me , put air in my tires

It was time for an oil change again. My usual method of buying a Groupon always ends up in me frustrated after paying more than double the price of the deal afterward because my engine needed one extra quart of oil. I've been changing my car oil for around 7 years at this location, I've always loved the professional service of the crew. Today was also a special day coming in, Cory the manager reminded me and thanked me for the time I've been with them. Excellence in customer service is one notch above professionalism. They have both. Highly recommended.
I came here today for an oil change and I was very satisfied with the customer service, the urgency and the no pressure environment. Julio, fabian, Christina and this other guy (sorry didn't see or get the name) Helped me today. I drove in and they went over how much it was going to be for my oil change. They also had some recommendations for other maintenance but I did not feel pressured at all to get it though I did because I needed it. Absolutely the most dishonest staff i've ever heard of, My girlfriend went to get a basic oil change and the guy ended up charging her for some ridiculous 32 point whatever just because someone isn't as knowledgeable about cars doesn't mean it's okay to prey on them to get more money from them, absolutely despicable I don't recommend anyone to ever come here
