Been driving in here for 2 decades now. Never met and unfriendly person. Last 3 years staff is especially nice. $100 to change 4.7 quarts of synthetic in my 4 cylinder which burns oil (yep 2.5L Toyota does it). I need to add a quart every 3k miles (no big deal considering 160,000 miles and no problems but this one). Don't switch to thicker oil (VVT-i does not like that). Just add oil like I do, or change oil every 5k miles. $100 is with 20% discount. Could be more reasonable else no complaints. Greatfull this shop is still... read more

This place this is truly amazing! There are both friendly and professional! They explain what my car needs and don't put any pressure on me to buy what I can't afford. I go back to this store once a month. My favorite employee is Kevin, he is always friendly and has a smile on his face! He even offered me a cold drink which made my day!

Quality Service! My husband came to get an oil change and although there was a bit of a wait we were greeted immediately upon arrival and were offered a beverage while we wait!?!?! Like what??? Who else has service like that. All the gentleman working were so polite, and would explain everything thoroughly. I'm impressed by how quick it was to get an oil change. I was in and out within 20min. Eric, the manager, offered me a water or soda to drink as I wait for the service. He walked me step by step through the process and made recommendations for other services he noticed I needed. I declined other additional services, but they did lube my door hinges and cleaned my windows and pumped air in my tires for free.
