I stopped by the Oilstop in San Jose off Saratoga Ave and once again, these folks absolutely crushed it. From the moment I pulled in, the entire team was friendly, professional, and on point--like a pit crew that actually enjoys what they do. I'm impressed by how quick it was to get an oil change. I was in and out within 20min. Eric, the manager, offered me a water or soda to drink as I wait for the service. He walked me step by step through the process and made recommendations for other services he noticed I needed. I declined other additional services, but they did lube my door hinges and cleaned my windows and pumped air in my tires for free. Simply the best express oil change and lube shop in the greater San Jose area The staff are awesome and they care about their service They replaced a wiper blade for me and it flew off a couple weeks later and when I told them they replace it again. For free!

Thank you to Cris and Kevin! Both were extremely professional and pleasant. I was offered a complimentary beverage which was such a nice touch. I loved the convenience of staying in the car. My only complaint: please allow tips on apple pay! I gave a cash tip but they should be able to be tipped by people who pay either cards or apple pay !
