I came in for my oil change. I LOVE THIS PLACE and but something was off what no more Starbucks lol I used to feel at home here; but something has changed My son always goes. With me, everytime he felt the change as well I said yes to everything offered it ended up costing $292. I have brought every car I've owned in California to this shop, and will continue to do so. David and the team are knowledgeable, give consistently high levels of service, and have been hard-working each visit. There's usually a coupon available, so great bang for the buck. Will recommend every time. They don't take advantage.

I've been here a few times already and this place is great! It's really convenient for people who want to get a quick oil change and you can wait in the car while it's being done. Everyone that I've talked to is very friendly and they offer beverages while you wait. Prices are listed where you can see it and staff will show you and communicate what they're doing. They also give you recommendations and ask if you want other services done, but you can decline. Overall great service and value and I will be back. Thank you!

I was in the area and needed an oil change right away. I called to get some information and to check the wait time, the caller was nice and provided me with all needed info. I arrived about 15 mins later, I was greeted right away and asked if I wanted a beverage (water or selection of sodas). The guy explained all services that was aligned with my car and we selected the best options. You also get top off services for other fluids and they put air in my tires which was also much needed. I've been coming here for a few years now. I love being able to stay in my car as I usually come during my lunch break and eat while I wait. It's a little higher price but you get great service and extra services added on. You are offered add ons but not pressured to do so. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Definitely now my go to place for an oil change.

So I was just turned away from here because I was told there was an issue with one of the bolts to the skim guard, claiming it was damaged, and they wouldn't be able to do the oil change. I didn't think much of it other than "oh I should take a look". In less than 5 min, I was able to able to jack up the car, and remove the guard without any issues. Let me start off by saying that this place is by far the best oil change place I have ever been to! The moment I pulled up and the attendant walked over said hello and asked if I would like something to drink (no one does that anywhere else) but it didn't stop there, the level of service was definitely top notch! They do have a bunch of extras that they try and sell you but are not pushy at all! Everyone is always super welcoming when I come to get my oil change! I usually don't need to make an appointment and they are always fast and efficient! They always offer beverages and a tv to watch while you wait. Will def come back!

When I went there for oil change, they continue to solicit business other than oil change. They just won't stop. Also it is quite pricey for just oil change for a Toyota hybrid, over a hundred dollar. They added some extra cost and the final bill is $138. This is our last time there. This shop is ripping off.
