Waited for half an hour in line, then Tech told me they DO NOT HAVE the engine oil my car need. Really? Oil change place do not have engine oil? Is this the excuse to turn customer away when tech feels do not want to provide service, for whatever reason?
The two guys who helped me were very kind and explained everything that they were doing. The additional offers that they made were reasonable and I ended up getting my engine filter changed by them (it was very dirty so I'm glad he asked). Good value for the service provided, especially as a young person still learning about how to take care of my own car.

I have visited here a few times to have my oil changed and am always happy with the service. Today, Cris and Sebastian serviced my vehicle and they were very polite and professional. As soon as you arrive you're offered a cold beverage. They always offer additional fluids or services - not in a pushy sales way but they're informative on how frequently you should have it done. It's super convenient to have your oil changed here!

Customer service was fast, but the upselliing is INSAAAANE. Ive been upsold before, but there was a new product i "NEEDED" every 5 mins. I just wanted my oil changed.. if i'd said yes to everything offered, just would've spent WELL over $500! It was crazy. Felt very scammy, definitely overpriced. I will definitely NOT be a repeat customer :/
First time trying this establishment and I can say that my experience was very good. Wait was not very long. I appreciated the drink and the communication from my service rep. Julio. I understand that these establishments have to suggestive sell; therefore, I was not a big issue to me that Julio did so. But he was not pushy at all...said his piece and went on with the service after I said no. As long as all the other reps. are like Julio, I will keep this place on my list of oil change spots.
