Amazing! I'm glad I came here! It was super quick and convenient. You can stay in your car the whole time and they are really friendly. Almir helped me out and was just super thorough throughout the entire time I was there whether it was about the oil change procedure and how the drive thru worked (offered a drink, shared how they will do the oil change and might have suggestions for things as they come up but in no way are pressuring me for that service, etc) and what was going on during the oil change such as showing me ho... read more
These guys told me that once 6pm hits, their system no longer allows them to accept cars and it shuts down on them. I see one car in the bay being worked on. There excuse? " been there since 545pm" if your system shuts down, how will that person pay? I get it you guys close at 6pm even though yelp and webpage says 7pm. The other excuse? Why does this place have good reviews when all they do is try to upsell items and services. I came to get a synthetic oil change but the guy kept telling me I need this and I need that. Ended up paying $135 even with a coupon. Never ever going here again and 100% do not recommend.
Too expensive for oil change will never coming back again my car is old but charge over 100 no way

Thank you for watching hard on my Toyota Corolla! Told them I need a conventional oil change, at the end I paid $225 for that :) nice job guys! Choose the best thing for my car and I don't know what's really in needed.

They didn't do a good job . They don't know what they're doing I went on Sunday to have the transmission oil changed and they ruined the crankcase.

Shout out to Eric! A true professional and Gentleman. I came in early for an oil change before going on a road trip. Eric let me know my oil looked great and topped off my wiper fluid and recommended me coming back later. Eric's honesty earned Saratoga Oilstop drive through a lifetime customer. I'll be returning to service all my vehicles here and recommended this place to family and friends.
I get my oil changed only here and recommend it to everyone. You get to stay in your car, they explain everything so clearly and it's just so fast & convenient. Today, I had really bad anxiety because my tires were low and they were kind enough to help me. I honestly can't express how grateful I felt for this.
