I gave 5 stars when I brought my car to this location. But recently I've found that my car has oil leakage. I brought my car to the Stevens Creek Toyota to see what's going on and then figure it out that they used different oil filter. I was satisfied the service but I don't think I will bring my RAV4 to this location next time.

Please, please get your oil change elsewhere. Did an oil change here and not only did they keep shoving down things I didn't need for my car down my throat, they filled in my tires air pressure wrong (it was too high). My dad measured my tires air pressure with a gauge and told me. How do you get a tires air pressure wrong??? It's on the driver's door side. Have been coming here for years, Eric in particular is super professional, helpful and they offer you what your car needs but don't pressure you. Every time I've come here it's been nothing but the quickest and best service possible which I really appreciate. Thanks Eric and oil-stop !

Rip-off, beware!!! Used to love this place because as a handicapped person I could stay in my car, and they seemed good. Last trip, simple oil change, 2-3 cars arrived after me and were done before me, while I sat for no reason I could tell. No commutation. They added air to the tires but missed one that was low, asked them to recheck it, they did not. No longer a good value for $80 for a basic oil change. Worst of all, they told me I had a bad sensor (which they had no way of knowing) and that my serpentine belt was cracked... read more

Needed an Oil Change in a hurry, stopped by and wow! Hands down best oil change service I experienced. The technicians were polite, very helpful, and even offered me a beverage as I waited. I myself am in the service industry and to the team and management thank you and your doing an amazing job! I highly recommend this location if you ever need an oil change.

Can't believe i left this place and my plate at the bottom of my car is dangling now and scraping the ground while I'm driving. Stuck with a headache until i go to a nearby mechanic since i moved to gilroy. Looks like they are becoming lesser quality like other recent reviews. Use to come here for 2+ years, not sure if going back. See picture for reference of issue.

There are many places you can go for an oil change and I've been to many. I found this place was employed with quality people who were trained on customer service. When I pulled up I was asked if I wanted a drink while I wait which was unexpected. I did end up spending extra money on additional services this time (normally I treat the addons like an extended warranty). So now I have fresh oil, tranny, power steering, air filter and wipers. Good job guys . I think I earned a free addon which was nice.

my car broke down after a n oil change here. nothing was wrong with my car at all prior to the oil change. as soon as i left my car was not accelerating and would stop right when i hit the brakes. It started to not turn on at all. Good thing the workers helped me by pushing my car to a safe space and really trying to under what the issue was. However the car was not working at all wouldn't put in drive then would stop turning on. I later found out my car was perfectly fine and the people forgot to reset my oil change. It is ... read more
