Victoria was awesome Highly Recommend Arrived and greeted kindly bu Victoria who quickly explained the service. They reviewed the filters in person as they replaced them. Loved it
I called them today Sat, 5/21/22. Cost for an oil change with regular 10W-40 or similar for a small Toyota Yaris Hatchback which takes 3.75 quarts, is... brace yourself... $108. Even Jojoba Oil with gold flakes in it costs less! Price gouging at its finest. Go elsewhere or do it yourself. I have the ramps, I'll do my own oil change for under $10. Enough said. Go elsewhere! Do not support extortion. This place should shut down due to lack of business. Shameful.
WHAT HAPPEND TO THIS PLACE. It use to be so good. Great people working now it went downhill.. I got an oil change back in March notice I had an oil leak right after. Came to my uncles spot for him to tell me the person who did my oil change threaded the lug nut. Not once did they mention this to me.. y'all need to step up your game.
Great customer service every time. They don't try to upsell you and give you something to drink. I moved away but still come back here whenever I need an oil change.
Great honest people running this place. Went there to get an oil change. The nice folks there showed me that I have an oil leak and my coolant tank is empty. Suggested me to get the leak fixed by a mechanic before wasting $$ on oil change, which will leak. Gave me free can of soda and topped off my motor oil which is half empty. Didn't charge me a thing. Definitely coming back.
My mother used to be a mechanic and you just know good service that's honest and work done with integrity. I'm sure it helps that I know about cars too, but none the less. These people are great. Always come here to get mine and my partners card taken car of.
Came in real quick for a change and the team was friendly, efficient, and hospitable. They had great service and a nice camaraderie with each other. They do have the upsell items that they will try to get you on but all in all, great experience! Yes, they got me on some of the easy to replace items you can do yourself but considering my time and the need right now, it was worth it! Two of the 3 guys that helped me. On the morning of Friday the 25th of March 2022 I started my Ford Explorer at 5:30 a.m.. A warning light came on and I noticed the oil pressure at zero. I immediately parked the truck. I had an important meeting in San Francisco at 7:30 so I made arrangements to drive another car. I was late for my meeting and lost the opportunity for income. When I came home I noticed a puddle of oil under the Ford Explorer. The next morning I called AAA to have the car towed to my mechanic in Cambell California. They diagnosed the problem.... read more
