Needed an Oil Change in a hurry, stopped by and wow! Hands down best oil change service I experienced. The technicians were polite, very helpful, and even offered me a beverage as I waited. I myself am in the service industry and to the team and management thank you and your doing an amazing job! I highly recommend this location if you ever need an oil change.

Can't believe i left this place and my plate at the bottom of my car is dangling now and scraping the ground while I'm driving. Stuck with a headache until i go to a nearby mechanic since i moved to gilroy. Looks like they are becoming lesser quality like other recent reviews. Use to come here for 2+ years, not sure if going back. See picture for reference of issue.

There are many places you can go for an oil change and I've been to many. I found this place was employed with quality people who were trained on customer service. When I pulled up I was asked if I wanted a drink while I wait which was unexpected. I did end up spending extra money on additional services this time (normally I treat the addons like an extended warranty). So now I have fresh oil, tranny, power steering, air filter and wipers. Good job guys . I think I earned a free addon which was nice.
my car broke down after a n oil change here. nothing was wrong with my car at all prior to the oil change. as soon as i left my car was not accelerating and would stop right when i hit the brakes. It started to not turn on at all. Good thing the workers helped me by pushing my car to a safe space and really trying to under what the issue was. However the car was not working at all wouldn't put in drive then would stop turning on. I later found out my car was perfectly fine and the people forgot to reset my oil change. It is ... read more

Came in on 6/17/22 @ 4:45 There was an empty stall so I drive up to waited for the Employee who was sweeping the floor to finish. I guess since it was close to closing they were not going to use the stall any more because he motions me to get behind a car being worked on in the next stall over. I wait for 25 minutes my car has not been worked on yet. then a car drives in to the empty stall and starts getting worked on by the Hispanic girl. WTH! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I want to take a moment to say how polite, helpful and cheerful (in the 100+ degree heat no less) the entire staff was here today. I noticed how efficient and well everyone worked together. And they were very patient with me (waiting 5 minutes for me to pay because I was stuck on a work call.) No one tried to up-sell me or over-explain things;) I never thought if possible a review about an oil change place, but they deserve your business (and much faster than jiffy lube.) What a great crew--thanks guys!
