Customer service was fast, but the upselliing is INSAAAANE. Ive been upsold before, but there was a new product i "NEEDED" every 5 mins. I just wanted my oil changed.. if i'd said yes to everything offered, just would've spent WELL over $500! It was crazy. Felt very scammy, definitely overpriced. I will definitely NOT be a repeat customer :/

First time trying this establishment and I can say that my experience was very good. Wait was not very long. I appreciated the drink and the communication from my service rep. Julio. I understand that these establishments have to suggestive sell; therefore, I was not a big issue to me that Julio did so. But he was not pushy at all...said his piece and went on with the service after I said no. As long as all the other reps. are like Julio, I will keep this place on my list of oil change spots.

Drive through oil stop in less than 20 min? Free Diet Coke while I wait?? Say less!!! I had been putting off my oil change for a long time because it is always such an ordeal to drop off your car... wait 2-3 hours... and go. This place is such a game changer! I was hesitant to stray away from my normal mechanic but honestly the convenience can not be beat. I went at ~3pm on a Wednesday and was the only one there! I came in for my oil change. I LOVE THIS PLACE and but something was off what no more Starbucks lol I used to feel at home here; but something has changed My son always goes. With me, everytime he felt the change as well I said yes to everything offered it ended up costing $292. The things wrong are like the car inspection I didn't get it like usual, nor did they call out to one another I actually never saw the mechiac I really wanted my inspection but that didn't happen. on this trip. I have brought every car I've owned in California to this shop, and will continue to do so. David and the team are knowledgeable, give consistently high levels of service, and have been hard-working each visit. There's usually a coupon available, so great bang for the buck. Will recommend every time. They don't take advantage.

I've been here a few times already and this place is great! It's really convenient for people who want to get a quick oil change and you can wait in the car while it's being done. Everyone that I've talked to is very friendly and they offer beverages while you wait. Prices are listed where you can see it and staff will show you and communicate what they're doing. They also give you recommendations and ask if you want other services done, but you can decline. Overall great service and value and I will be back. Thank you!

I was in the area and needed an oil change right away. I called to get some information and to check the wait time, the caller was nice and provided me with all needed info. I arrived about 15 mins later, I was greeted right away and asked if I wanted a beverage (water or selection of sodas). The guy explained all services that was aligned with my car and we selected the best options. You also get top off services for other fluids and they put air in my tires which was also much needed. I've been coming here for a few years now. I love being able to stay in my car as I usually come during my lunch break and eat while I wait. It's a little higher price but you get great service and extra services added on. You are offered add ons but not pressured to do so. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Definitely now my go to place for an oil change.

So I was just turned away from here because I was told there was an issue with one of the bolts to the skim guard, claiming it was damaged, and they wouldn't be able to do the oil change. I didn't think much of it other than "oh I should take a look". In less than 5 min, I was able to able to jack up the car, and remove the guard without any issues.
