I'm impressed by how quick it was to get an oil change. I was in and out within 20min. Eric, the manager, offered me a water or soda to drink as I wait for the service. He walked me step by step through the process and made recommendations for other services he noticed I needed. I declined other additional services, but they did lube my door hinges and cleaned my windows and pumped air in my tires for free. Simply the best express oil change and lube shop in the greater San Jose area The staff are awesome and they care about their service They replaced a wiper blade for me and it flew off a couple weeks later and when I told them they replace it again. For free!

Thank you to Cris and Kevin! Both were extremely professional and pleasant. I was offered a complimentary beverage which was such a nice touch. I loved the convenience of staying in the car. My only complaint: please allow tips on apple pay! I gave a cash tip but they should be able to be tipped by people who pay either cards or apple pay !

I get my oil changed only here and recommend it to everyone. You get to stay in your car, they explain everything so clearly and it's just so fast & convenient. Today, I had really bad anxiety because my tires were low and they were kind enough to help me. I honestly can't express how grateful I felt for this.
The best oil change service ever. You drive into the bay and everything is done while you wait in your car including checking tires, fluids etc. They offer water or soda while you wait. Their employees are extremely professional, great communication and it is clean and organized. Finally, in between oil changes you can stop in anytime, free of charge, to top off fluids, check tires pressure, oil or have windshield wipers installed etc. No appointment necessary.
