Came in real quick for a change and the team was friendly, efficient, and hospitable. They had great service and a nice camaraderie with each other. They do have the upsell items that they will try to get you on but all in all, great experience! Yes, they got me on some of the easy to replace items you can do yourself but considering my time and the need right now, it was worth it! Two of the 3 guys that helped me. On the morning of Friday the 25th of March 2022 I started my Ford Explorer at 5:30 a.m.. A warning light came on and I noticed the oil pressure at zero. I immediately parked the truck. I had an important meeting in San Francisco at 7:30 so I made arrangements to drive another car. I was late for my meeting and lost the opportunity for income. Excellent service. I drive in around Saturday afternoon and wait within 30 mins then they have 33 points service, they do oil change for me and check wiper, tire etc make sure most of part in my car works, their website has $5 off coupon you can use. Staff are very nice, place is clean, very effective ! Definitely come again !
Apparently I've been coming here for the few years now, and it's still the only place I've come to for oil changes. The service is excellent, the pricing is fair, and I love the energy around here from the employees. I see people working here that I first saw three years ago, which feels like a real positive. I never feel pressured to buy anything extra, and I prefer that I get to stay in my car, as opposed to sitting in some sad waiting room for thirty minutes. I would give them a hundred stars if I could! They are the absolute best! You sit in your car for the service which is such a cool thing. They washed my windshield, filled my tires that were low pressure, topped off all fluids and they are just the nicest, least pushy people ever! I appreciate these folks so much!! So happy I was able to find this place after a horrible experience from my subaru dealer. 3pm and subaru dealer says they are closed... what the heck? I'm thrilled of their professionalism and how prompt they greeted me and assisted me. Efficient affordable friendly and prompt means I'm a happy gal and my Subi is happy! Thank you for being on it!
