Apparently I've been coming here for the few years now, and it's still the only place I've come to for oil changes. The service is excellent, the pricing is fair, and I love the energy around here from the employees. I see people working here that I first saw three years ago, which feels like a real positive. I never feel pressured to buy anything extra, and I prefer that I get to stay in my car, as opposed to sitting in some sad waiting room for thirty minutes. I would give them a hundred stars if I could! They are the absolute best! You sit in your car for the service which is such a cool thing. They washed my windshield, filled my tires that were low pressure, topped off all fluids and they are just the nicest, least pushy people ever! I appreciate these folks so much!! So happy I was able to find this place after a horrible experience from my subaru dealer. 3pm and subaru dealer says they are closed... what the heck? I'm thrilled of their professionalism and how prompt they greeted me and assisted me. Efficient affordable friendly and prompt means I'm a happy gal and my Subi is happy! Thank you for being on it! This place is a gem! I didn't know that drive-thru oil change stations existed until I did a Yelp search for oil change businesses and OIlstop appeared with good ratings - so I decided to give it a try since it is contactless and the driver can stay inside the door the entire time. Good quality and consistent oil change service. They are not the lowest price, but they do a good job consistently and it is very convenient.
Came in to get oil change! Was informed by Kevin, I still had 2000 miles left and wasn't due yet. Only 53450. They also provide a free 90 day top off from last change. I was well beyond that. But said that because I'm a consistent customer, he would do a courtesy top off. Check all fluid levels and top off, check tire pressure. I appreciated the honesty and great service. Even offered complimentary beverages. Kudos to you all!
What great service !! Professional, personable and courteous. I have never had a good time getting an oil change before but these gentleman are wonderful !! They explained everything that they were doing and gave me options with prices. I will definitely be back
I called for an oil change, they advised to come in as I did. When I arrived they mention they cannot change my oil without changing my filter which is complete BS. This is first time I ever heard of this. Y'all Should of mentioned this on the phone, thanks for wasting my time.
What happened!?!! This was my favorite oil change spot in the bay and I have recommended this place to my friends. If you want to close at 5:30, please list that. But the flashing sign over the garage says you close at 6:00 pm and it's 5:40. So frustrating. I know I'm only one customer so me no longer patronizing this business makes no financial differerence to them, however, it just sucks because I really liked this place.
