I've been going here for years but that ended today. I pulled in at around 10:00 AM - all three bays were full but I was next in line. Someone came to offer me a drink but that was the extent of my contact. One hour later, only one of the three cars had left and it wasn't the one in front of me. When I asked about delay - all I got was "we are extremely busy - sorry". Like many other industries, we are having a tough time finding suitable new staff members for all our locations, no matter where they're located. Good service!!! I recommend. Eric was very polite and very attentive to everything I had questions to.
Always prompt and courteous service here. It's my go-to when I need an oil change. They also will top off fluids after an oil change. Stopped by before my last road trip and had the fluids checked and they topped off my oil and checked and adjusted tire pressure. I appreciate the hard work and quick service.
Excellent service. They ask questions. Clean windows. Are courteous. The price is good and they are very professional while still being personable. I will come back here again!
After reading all the countless reviews, I decided to give this place a try since my car was due for an oil change. Although it was my first time and I can only speak from having utilized their service once, I can agree with many others who are dedicated customers here. Thank you David and Eric for today's service! I had a blonde lady with glasses also doing my tire pressure whose name I didn't get, but thank you as well! First time here and the service was exceptional and efficient. What I appreciate the most is the honesty, respect, and willingness. I will start doing my oil changes here for now on when I am in town!
