On the morning of Friday the 25th of March 2022 I started my Ford Explorer at 5:30 a.m.. A warning light came on and I noticed the oil pressure at zero. I immediately parked the truck. I had an important meeting in San Francisco at 7:30 so I made arrangements to drive another car. I was late for my meeting and lost the opportunity for income. When I came home I noticed a puddle of oil under the Ford Explorer. The next morning I called AAA to have the car towed to my mechanic in Cambell California. They diagnosed the problem.... read more

Good and fast service. From cleaning my wind shield to checking my tire pressure, offering drinks and giving me lots of options related to my car oil change. Thank you Eric and his team.
Best oil change place in South Bay! Quick, super friendly & knows their stuff. Eric the manager always stops by to greet customers. Chris!! Thank you. He makes sure we know what he's doin step by step. Amazing service! Thanks guys!! You def live up to your mission!
Everyone there is so kind. I didn't get any names but nice easy and quick! I'll def be coming back, super convenient
Excellent service. I drive in around Saturday afternoon and wait within 30 mins then they have 33 points service, they do oil change for me and check wiper, tire etc make sure most of part in my car works, their website has $5 off coupon you can use. Staff are very nice, place is clean, very effective ! Definitely come again !
Apparently I've been coming here for the few years now, and it's still the only place I've come to for oil changes. The service is excellent, the pricing is fair, and I love the energy around here from the employees. I see people working here that I first saw three years ago, which feels like a real positive. I never feel pressured to buy anything extra, and I prefer that I get to stay in my car, as opposed to sitting in some sad waiting room for thirty minutes. This place is efficient and it feels like the workers are prett... read more
I would give them a hundred stars if I could! They are the absolute best! You sit in your car for the service which is such a cool thing. They washed my windshield, filled my tires that were low pressure, topped off all fluids and they are just the nicest, least pushy people ever! I appreciate these folks so much!! Thank you, OilStop, for being the absolute best!!! :)
So happy I was able to find this place after a horrible experience from my subaru dealer. 3pm and subaru dealer says they are closed... what the heck? I'm thrilled of their professionalism and how prompt they greeted me and assisted me. Efficient affordable friendly and prompt means I'm a happy gal and my Subi is happy! Thank you for being on it! The entire crew. Much appreciation guys
This place is a gem! I didn't know that drive-thru oil change stations existed until I did a Yelp search for oil change businesses and OIlstop appeared with good ratings - so I decided to give it a try since it is contactless and the driver can stay inside the door the entire time. I was very pleased with the experience and service. Victoria welcomed me and directed my car into one of three bays. Boris, Eric, Kevin, and Victoria worked quickly and efficiently to change the oil and filter on my car - plus they checked the flu... read more
