This place is a gem! I didn't know that drive-thru oil change stations existed until I did a Yelp search for oil change businesses and OIlstop appeared with good ratings - so I decided to give it a try since it is contactless and the driver can stay inside the door the entire time. Good quality and consistent oil change service. They are not the lowest price, but they do a good job consistently and it is very convenient.
Came in to get oil change! Was informed by Kevin, I still had 2000 miles left and wasn't due yet. Only 53450. They also provide a free 90 day top off from last change. I was well beyond that. But said that because I'm a consistent customer, he would do a courtesy top off. Check all fluid levels and top off, check tire pressure. I appreciated the honesty and great service. Even offered complimentary beverages. Kudos to you all!
What great service !! Professional, personable and courteous. I have never had a good time getting an oil change before but these gentleman are wonderful !! They explained everything that they were doing and gave me options with prices. I will definitely be back
I called for an oil change, they advised to come in as I did. When I arrived they mention they cannot change my oil without changing my filter which is complete BS. This is first time I ever heard of this. Y'all Should of mentioned this on the phone, thanks for wasting my time.

Zenna, We're sorry your recent experience with our San Jose Oil Stop was not to your liking. We don't know of one other lube shop that doesn't include a new oil filter with their oil change, as we do. Why put new oil into your vehicle without including a new, clean, unclogged filter at no cost?
What happened!?!! This was my favorite oil change spot in the bay and I have recommended this place to my friends. If you want to close at 5:30, please list that. But the flashing sign over the garage says you close at 6:00 pm and it's 5:40. So frustrating. I know I'm only one customer so me no longer patronizing this business makes no financial differerence to them, however, it just sucks because I really liked this place.
Visiting the area and found this place on yelp. I was crunched for time but swung by around lunch and I got lucky with no one there. They were fast and super nice. They'll try and upsell but not in a oishy way. Easy to say no to everything and no pushback at all. Given the convenience I'd definitely recommend.

Best station to bring your car in for an oil change, fluids, and small service tune up. They have a great group of people who are honest and hard working, really know what they are doing. They may try to upsell you but never make you feel bad for saying no, they just wanna get you taken care of. My#1 stop
