I don't typically write many reviews, but my experience with Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change was so good that I felt a 5-Star review was in order. From the moment I pulled up, I was welcomed and offered a beverage while I waited. There were 4 cars ahead of me, but my wait was no longer than 15 minutes until my car was being inspected. I went in yesterday for a inside / outside clean. I've been here a few times and they've done a good job. This was not the case yesterday. When they signaled that my car was done i went to get inside and noticed that the center console had not been cleaned at all -- and there was dust all over the dash still. Confused, i asked if they were supposed to clean those areas they said yes, came back and gave it a quick once over but didn't get those areas clean at all!! Our vehicle was muddy inside and out from dome NM adventures. The job the crew did was fantastic! It was more thorough than our favorite car wash place back in the Midwest. Highly recommend!

Very please with the service I received here. This was my first visit and before this I was accustom to changing my own oil. The staff was very well spoken, friendly and knowledgeable. Also I appreciate the free beverage and being offered services with no hard ball sell. The garage was very clean and the staff was well dressed. Having dealt with hundreds of mechanics in my life I really appreciate that. My advice from reading other review is know what oil your car takes. Very professional people here. There was a short wait for an oil change but somebody immediately came over and offered me a drink. I'd never been here, so they explained that they don't get commission and would only recommend things they though I needed (and I believe them, because they told me my transmission fluid looks great for a car that has as high a mileage as mine does). They also asked if I had a preference for tire pressure. Comes with a coupon for a free car wash, although I was in a rush so I didn't use it.

We bought the least expensive wash and they did a terrific job of cleaning our car inside and out. Even took the time to remove sticky labels on the interior of the windows. Highly recommend this car wash!

This is a great place to get your car checked and oil changed, so convenient. I stayed in my car and answered emails while Ben and the crew took care of my car. They were informative and not at all pushy. I will be back!

My first visit to Oilstop was based on their positive reviews on Yelp. I have been very impressed on initial visit and several follow up visits for recommended service. I returned last Friday for a quick look at a "check engine" light. Ben was fantastic!!! He diagnosed the problem, isolated the possible cause and personally fixed the problem. Before moving to Santa Fe we patronized a "bargain" oil change place where they over tightened the drain plug and caused thread damage. Oilstop fixed the problem. If you are looking for... read more

Just an update. I take each of my three vehicles in about once a month for cleaning. These guys are simply the best in Santa Fe. From time to time I'm a little disappointed in the interior windshield cleaning but otherwise great service.
