Outstanding! Just moved my elderly parents to Santa Fe this weekend. Dad wanted his 2001 Toyota Avalon serviced and we discovered Oilstop online. They are so nice, polite and professional. I'm extremely impressed every time I come here. Today when Ben noticed my oil cap missing he actually ran next door to get me a new one! Who does that kind of service these days!!! I'll never go anywhere else with my cars!
I went there once to get a car wash and I realized that it looks like the boys outside are being over worked and doesn't seem to get much of a brake I think one of the boys was sick doing cars and the manager didn't seem to care to much, then when I get to my car once it was finally finished the car was still dirty I don't understand what's going on here but I'm not sure if I want to come back!!
I don't typically write many reviews, but my experience with Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change was so good that I felt a 5-Star review was in order. I went in yesterday for a inside / outside clean. I've been here a few times and they've done a good job. This was not the case yesterday. When they signaled that my car was done i went to get inside and noticed that the center console had not been cleaned at all -- and there was dust all over the dash still. Confused, i asked if they were supposed to clean those areas they said yes, came back and gave it a quick once over but didn't get those areas clean at all!! Our vehicle was muddy inside and out from dome NM adventures. The job the crew did was fantastic! It was more thorough than our favorite car wash place back in the Midwest. Highly recommend!
Very please with the service I received here. This was my first visit and before this I was accustom to changing my own oil. The staff was very well spoken, friendly and knowledgeable. Also I appreciate the free beverage and being offered services with no hard ball sell. The garage was very clean and the staff was well dressed.
