i asked for a car wash and a wash on the inside of my truck so disappointed. my car still had mud on it. My interior was still full of dirt. and my seats were never cleaned. and they didn't lift my mats up to get to the dirt under the mats. my windows were full of handprints from my kids. they weren't cleaned. payed extra for the interior to be deep cleaned even got a detail no difference at all. i thought my car was clean because it smelled brand new looked throughout my car still dirt and mud. i had juice stains from my ki... read more

I came in for a seat detail. I was told it would take two hours, and it wasn't cheap either. It took 45 minutes. I told the guy who washed it that if the stains come back up, I'd be bringing it back. Guess where I am? Total waste of time. I wish they would have taken the two hours to do a good job.

Is Oil Stop slipping? Are they under new ownership or management? It seems to me, they're losing the magic they once had. They used to be my favorite car wash in New Mexico, if not in the country. We've been living out of state for a few years, just came back and took my GF's Beemer in for the full OS treatment. They neglected to clean the inside windows. How do I know this? IMO as a local Santa Fe resident, this is the ONLY place to have your car washed and oil changed. The service people are polite and attentive making sure you're happy with how clean your car is. They take time to make sure you leave well satisfied. The waiting room is IMMACULATE, and easy to sit and wait; outside seating is also available!

The people who work here at work extraordinarily nice. I did not get my offered water but I did get $185 oil change in a mini Cooper which is absurd. They nickel and dime you they charge $65 just to look at your car, I didn't understand what that meant. I was sure he told me it was seven dollars a quart for oil. I've never had it broken down that way. I've always gotten the whole price before this type of piece meal. Waited 10 minutes before an attendant greeted me. Waited an additional 30 minutes without further contact. Only two people visible working. Two cars in bays four other cars waiting. I left. You need to hire more staff! I've had years of excellent service from Oilstop prior to this.

Just had my truck washed and they did a horrible job. Waste of $40 + tip. Windows were not wiped inside and missed drying spot all around. They have really gone down in service.

Suck a waste of money and time. Stayed waiting in line for over an hour for a rush job on the interior. i didn't even have time to look over the car before they're rushing me out of the way for the next car. I saw them take the mats out of the other car but didn't even pull my mats out didn't wipe down most of the car. They actually made my car look worse with dirt streaked marks from their dirty rags. Go spend your money somewhere that deserves it.

Super efficient with the oil change. Always long queues probably because of good speedy service. Same with the car wash. I had a free exterior wash with the oil change and the people who dried my car off wiped down the interior windows as well to get the dog nose smooshes off. So nice!
