Excellent customer service all around. Also, they consistently get our filthy car sparkling clean, inside and out. They are fast, courteous, and very high-quality with the service they offer. As a frequent customer, they have had more than enough opportunity to show me the bad side of customer service, and they never have. If you want to get your car washed in Santa Fe, come here.

Just had vehicle washed at Oilstop. Friendly, efficient personnel. It was a pleasure to do business with them. Did business last week with a different car wash on Cerrillos and that was a disaster. As a visitor to Santa Fe my faith in the car wash business has been restored. It's a pleasure to do business with polite and professional people. I recommend this establishment to everyone.

Best place ever for an oil change. These guys make me feel like Queen for a Day. With a free drink of your choice, you get constant updates on your car. They keep a complete record in their database so in an instant they know what you had done when and whether or not you need it done now or it can wait. Never any pressure to have more done than the oil change. They simply offer. When you are told if it isn't necessary, then I feel you can trust them. This place is unlike every place I have been for car service. Ben and the crew were incredibly helpful, asked me if I wanted a drink when I pulled up, and were incredibly quick. What really set them apart from the rest is how they would let me know if something was due for replacement, they would ask only once if I wanted to replace the part and then provided me with estimates and literature for what needed to be replaced. I never once felt pressured or hassled.

Outstanding service, I Have been coming here for years and I have never been disappointed. Ben went above and beyond to make this a one stop experience. Had a check engine light on my wife's car and was going to the dealership to get it fix after I had the oil changed. Ben offered to check it out for me and as I figured it was the gas cap. Cleared out the computer and saved me a trip.. Will be back soon to have a belt changed....

I would NOT give this place my money again. For lack of a better word they scammed me. I left Jiffy Lube because I thought they were overpriced but ended up paying the same at oil stop. At least Jiffy Lube was honest about the price up front. Everything was great until I got the bill: While they're changing your oil they try and upsell you on all this stuff, which is typical. But I did NOT agree to any of it. However, my $79.99 oil change ballooned to $130 because they charged me for an oil filter. I have never been to a ... read more

Don't get your oil changed here! Yes, they will perform a Synthetic 33-point(?) Inspection for $103.99. That price is up front. What isn't up front is: $4.50 Waste Disposal Fee, $18.99 for a Synthetic Oil Filter, $9.79 for an additional 0.7 quarts of Synthetic Oil that appears to be in addition to the 5.0 quarts that they, theoretically, put in! Seeing as my car, supposedly, holds about 4.8 quarts, I don't quite understand this additional charge. Even with $25.00 off, my bill came to $121.10! WHAT A RIP-OFF!!! Did I ... read more
