We are from out of state and needed an oil change. We were treated by Ezekiel offering us a drink or whatever. We were in and out within about 30 minutes. Javin and Ezekiel were both amazing and filled us in on what's going on every step of the way. We then got a free car wash and wipe down after. Hands down the best service that we have ever had with an oil change. It definitely made our wait very pleasant!
I been using Oil Spot for car washes for about 9 years. My cars are kept immaculate and generally I only get exterior washes. I use to get a four pack for $39 with one of the washes free . A single exterior was $11.99. Now it's a six pack with only one free wash. A single exterior wash has increased to $14.99 (25% increase). With tax and $2 tip it come to $18.25. Terrific job! They came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. Superb attention to detail. Very pleased. In an out in an hour. Truck looks brand new! Very friendly and accommodating. I only hand wash and wax; never machine or buffer. Best in Santa Fe! Zero swirls!
Worst car wash ever. (Note: this review is for the wash, not the oil change. Those guys are 5+++++ all the way. Honestly one of the best oil change experiences I've ever had. However...) The staff at the oil stop drive thru are amazing. They put the oil I want in my car, super friendly and knowledgable about my vehicle. Will continue to service my vehicle here.
Great service. No pressure. They didn't have the air filter for my car in stock, so I got one at an auto parts place, and Oilstop put it in for free. Also got a free carwash. No wait. Fast.
Excellent service. They never tried to "upsell" products or services that I didn't need. Very professional. Quick, clean and pleasant experience. Highly recommend.
Unbelievably terrible car wash. $25 down the drain, plus the several dollars I spent after to go vacuum my car out myself. Generally you expect a full service car wash to at least try and clean your car. I think they may have half wiped off my dashboard at most. I've added a couple of pictures of how dirty my car was coming out.
